Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.

All bedrooms have smart TVs. On the main floor is bedroom #1, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the top floor. Bedroom #2 is a large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a large walk-out back deck with water views. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full over full-sized bunk bed with a pull out single-sized trundle bed and attached full bathroom . Bedroom #6 has a single over single-sized bed.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. The main floor Master bedroom includes king-sized bed along with flat screen tv.
