Beautiful, 3BR, 2.5B home with something that is hard to fine just steps from the beach, a LARGE, private outdoor space with heated pool and bathhouse. This one-story house sleeps 6. The house has undergone an extensive renovation project. Everything has been redone and furnished with a tasteful high-end interior design. The property is located near St. Andrews State Park and is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants for the adult visitors. For the children’s entertainment there is a boardwalk style family entertainment park with games, rides, go karts, miniature golf. Within a short 5-minute drive you can explore all the entertainment and other popular Panama City Beach attractions.

The House has an open floor plan. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island with seating for 4, dining table for 6, which doubles as a great area for family game night.

The house was so well appointed! If we had not brought a thing, we would have needed nothing! The communication was great! I would definitely rent again! The pool was fantastic and the beach was so close. WE had a wonderful vacation!

House was exactly as pictured, and in the perfect location! We were just a short walk to the beach, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely loved the pool and utilized it daily. Would definitely recommend!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property for our Panama City Beach vacation! The house was exceptional and very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and backyard, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just a short walk away. We also appreciated the use of the beach wagons, chairs, boogie boards, and toys! This place is perfect for a family vacation!

This house was simply amazing. My family and I can't say enough about it! The private pool in the back was just the right size alone with the back patio where we spent majority of our time when we were at the house. Access to the beach is just right across the street. If you're looking for a private getaway with peace and close access to the beach, book this property. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Our stay at this rental was very enjoyable. It was really nice having our own pool and the back patio/pool area had a really nice layout. Having the outdoor shower was a major plus and the walk across the quiet street to the beach area was not a problem at all. The location of this house was great being on a seemingly quiet portion of the beach and super easy to get to pontoon rental to make a day of boating to Shell Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location, just steps away from the beach. The fenced in yard was amazing with a pool...we barely left the property because it has everything you need! We will definitely be back again!

Well appointed newly renovated home with great patio, kitchen and pool area. So glad the house was cozy because it was a little colder than usual. Teens loved the proximity to all the action and the privacy of the pool area. Nice stay overall!

Stayed for a week for the spring break. The area was very busy with all of the spring breakers but this home is a perfect distance from all the night activities that there was no issues. It is a1 minute walk from the beach and close to almost everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Highly recommended and would book again with no hesitation

My husband and I had very nice stay at this property, very well maintained and really just 1/2 block from entrance to the beach. There were a few things I had some trouble with but David had them taken care of immediatly.

Property was beautiful and exactly as described. Location was great and easy access to the beach and walking distance to a lot of things to do for our group. House was beautifully decorated inside and out. Outside had tons of things to do and enjoy. Even had every beach lover’s necessities. Owner was very good at communication and made sure to answer in a timely manner. Only down fall for me was when we arrived to the property(Saturday) we noticed there was a house being built next door. It was a great weekend but come Monday morning they were installing windows and lots of construction noises at 8am. However that’s not early for some but others choose to sleep in on vacation. What was a perk of having your own private pool will no longer be a private pool. As the house/duplex they are building is two stories and anyone in the upstairs will be able to see directly into the backyard now. May not be a big factor for some, but just my opinion and feel as I would love to have been informed of the surrounding before booking.

The home is beautiful and well appointed with a large well-stocked kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and plenty of beach items such as an umbrella and cart. The pool was a welcome respite and a perfect place to float and enjoy the sun. The outdoor bathroom was a bonus! Our only issue was regulating the water temperature in walk in shower, it would be nice and hot and suddenly turn cold and then back to really hot without touching the faucet. Other than that it was perfect and we would stay there again.

Beautiful property, short walk to beach, close to everything you could want or need. We had great weather and stayed at beach most of our trip. But there is a great hangout spot in the sun room and by the pool as well. We enjoyed our nights at house. House was provided with everything you could ever need to enjoy your trip. David was a wonderful host and was prompt with all replys. You want be disappointed. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

I could gush about this home for days - it had so many wonderful little things that added up to make a fantastic stay for our family! The heated backyard pool was a massive hit - it was difficult to pull folks away to go to the beach! We also appreciated the gas grill, the outdoor shower and bathhouse, and the outdoor patio. But most of all: we appreciated how this home made our vacation into something bigger. It gave us a homebase that we could call our own - we were able to stretch out and have fun all together in ways that we wouldn't have gotten to do at a smaller space (like a hotel or condo). I can't recommend this home enough for anyone who's on the fence about it - go ahead and reserve it. You'll be getting so much value for your visit.

The house was even more beautiful in person! Its in a good location and was peaceful! Less than a minute walk to beach access. Unfortunately the weather was not great this past week we was there but we were ok with that because we spent the ugly days outside in the sunroom watching movies and it was amazing!! The home is decorated beautifully and was very clean! Any time we had questions David answered within minutes of asking. They had everything we needed for cooking. The pool was a very nice thing to have because we weren't aloud in the ocean ALL WEEK! So it definitely made things better for us! I love this home! You cant see the ocean from the property but that actually didnt bother us at all because the home itself was so nice! I cant say enough nice things! Will definitely be back! If your planning to rent this home dont hesitate! Its very nice! I am one who ALWAYS HAS TO STAY ON THE OCEAN! But we changed it up this year and LOVED it!!

We were there for a tournament/vacation. The house was perfect. Location was close to a beach access, had an outdoor shower, and it was nice to have a pool with privacy fences and a comfortable outdoor patio. The house was also close to shops, restaurants, and activists including the sports field we played at.

This house was beautiful and accurately described. It actually looked better in person. The back yard was amazing and private. The location was great and the walk to the beach was very short, like 5 minutes. The most important thing for me was cleanliness and making sure there were none of those nasty bugs. If you know which ones I’m talking about. This home was definitely clean and I am a very picky person! This is the only home that I would stay again.

We felt welcome from the start. The home is beautiful and spacious and the location was perfect. The mother in law suite was added living space that was great and allowed extra family to join in our celebration. The host was exceptional as well!! I have already passed along a possible referral to this property at my office and plan to refer family also!

This house is amazing. Had plenty of sitting room for our family. Four spacious bedrooms and three beautiful baths. Plenty of room for our 2 trucks and a center console boat. The walk to the beach was so convenient and you can actually see the ocean out of the huge front windows. This house fit every need we had. We will definitely be back. The property manager was a joy to work with!
