Farmhouse 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to 17, plus on the ground floor we have a spare dining room to which we can add a futon for up to 2 ( on request) total 19 guests. Plus add the annex with own bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette and lounge (can double as a further bedroom) to sleep an additional up to 5 guests. Total 24. Annex on request.

Ashford 10 miles, M20 motorway 10 miles , Easy access to attractions.

Please check your plans for suitability. No Pets. No Smoking indoors. No Fireworks. No outside music or night time noise.

Tenterden is 3 miles, Ashford town is 10 miles offering a MC Arthur Glen Designer shopping outlet, high speed and International rail links, High Speed to London 35 min and Paris, or take the ferry across the channel for the day or why not take a trip to Lakeside and Bluewater about an hour away
