Prime location: Private 5 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This classic villa and traditional architecture is surrounded by mature garden and overlooking the second par-4 tee of the Pinhal Golf Course.
Villa Girasol has a perfect location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and an easy 30 minutes walking distance to the marina and nightlife.
This spacious two-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 500 square metres well divided giving privacy to the bedrooms area. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Sliding doors give direct access to the pool and garden and the high ceiling in the living room gives it plenty of light.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter and Delta) and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large living room with 2 mobile air conditioning units and an open plan dining area for 8 people. Large full HD flat screen with cable TV, IPTV free-view channels worldwide.
The patio area with dining table for 8 people, built in table and charcoal BBQ it is perfect to relax and enjoy a very good meals outside.
The roof terrace is accessed direct from the garden or on the first floor inside the house. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the golf course from where you can watch the golfers or enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Separate toilet.
There is also 3 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning:
Bedroom 1: King size bed and en suite jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, air conditioning, with access to the garden and pool area
Bedroom 2: Twin beds and en suite bath with overhead shower, air conditioning
Bedroom 3: Double bed and twin beds (sleeps 4), air conditioning
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, air conditioning
Bedroom 5: King size bed, air conditioning, golf and pool view
Bathroom with bath and shower
Access to the roof terrace equipped with a relax set
Surrounding the villa are the swimming pool with roman steps (10mx4m), 90cm to 200cm depth, 8 sun loungers. Patio with dining table for 8 people, built in table, sun umbrella and charcoal BBQ.
Facilities: one cot, one hich chair, Wifi, one parking space, NETFLIX, books
Safety: smoke alarms, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, gas and electric inspection.
Distances: Marina (1,9km); Beach (2,5km); Supermarket (1km); Old Village (2,2km); Restaurant (750m); SPA (3,2km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).
Damage deposit: €500
On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros
Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
The check out is until 11am
