Inside, the house of 280m2 bathed in light and its refreshing floor for your comfort, built on one level and decorated with care (and love) will offer you :
A reception of 65m2
An equipped TV room
A dining room with table for 10 people
An open and fully equipped kitchen (with everything you would expect from a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?)
A first master bedroom of 30m2 with king size bed, air-conditioning, open bathroom with bathtub, shower and double basin, a large independent dressing room of 30m2 (expect very long stays if you hope to fill it completely)
A second bedroom en suite, with private shower room, queen size bed, large closet (no air-conditioning in this room but exposed to the north)
Two other air-conditioned bedrooms with storage space adjacent to a shared bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
In the basement you can also enjoy a laundry room with plenty of storage space.

In addition to being only a few minutes from the village of Valbonne (where you can taste the cuisine of the Auberge de la Source) you can :
Reach the village of Biot in less than 20 minutes to get lost in its maze of alleys or order a Grand Marnier crepe at the creperie of the old village.
Reach Grasse to visit its perfume factories in less than 20 minutes as well.
Enjoy the beaches of Antibes or go and see the orcas at Marineland in less than 30 minutes.
Enjoy the fine sand of the beaches of Cannes, Golfe-Juan or Juan-Les-Pins in less than 30 minutes.
And for the most serious among you who would come (eventually) to work, the house is located 13 minutes from the Sophia Antipolis technology park.
To make your life easier :
Ask us what you would like, but especially a driver, a bit of cleaning, or more moderately a baby bed or a high chair for your (small) companions. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most rational and practical wishes.
Good to know:
Check-in and check-out are flexible (in our image), except in the case of crossed departures and arrivals, in which case the arrival is from 5 pm until midnight and the departure until 11 am. (We have not found a way to duplicate the villas).
And as your satisfaction is my priority, do not hesitate to ask me during all the duration of your stay, I will be happy to help you (except after midnight, of course).
