Perfect for two families traveling together, this property has 2 seperate homes just minutes from the beach. "The Tides" offers lots of room to spread out in the shared backyard. The front home (Low Tide) has 4 bedrooms and and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The back home (High Tide) has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The homes can accommodate a total of16 people. There is plenty of parking. The location is ideally situated in Laguna Beach, you’ll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, amusement parks, grocery stores, state parks, and more. The property is conveniently 2 blocks (5-10 minute walk) from the white sandy beaches.
"Low Tide" has been totally renovated (2023) from top to bottom (brand new kitchen, fresh paint interior/exterior, windows, floors, cabinets, bathrooms, vanities, roof, HVAC, furniture, beds, etc. etc. etc.).
Stepping into the home, you enter into an open-concept floor plan w/ a dining, sitting, and kitchen area. The living room has plenty of space as well. The dining room is perfect for gathering for meals.
Large private master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The private bathroom has a soothing walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2 / Bunk room: 4 twin sized beds on bunk beds.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Master bedroom w/ King bed
"HIGH TIDE"

Pullout sleeper sofa (in the living room)
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
"High Tide" was renovated in 2022 (new bathroom, new appliances, freshly painted, new porch/stairs, all new beds and furniture).
FREE golf cart included with your reservation- Wifi is included- no cable TV. Bring your own streaming subscriptions.
RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break thru Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
Our home is SMOKEFREE, WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED (owners permission required) and we do have an Age Restriction.
AGE RESTRICTION
*****Reservations not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups are not accepted. Restrictions apply regarding number of people a parent or legal guardian may accompany.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL CHARGES:
Damage Insurance $99 covers up to $3000 in reported damage
