About this house rental

Come relax, rewind and enjoy Cocoa Beach in our beautifully renovated cozy beach house. It's located close to downtown Cocoa Beach, and it's also a short walk to the beautiful quiet beach away from the crowds. It's the perfect balance of privacy and location. Our home is outfitted with all the essentials you might need.

There's 2 separate units, and when you book you'll have access to both units. We won't ever book them separately. Both units will be your private space. (they aren’t connected by an interior door. There’s two front doors and two back doors on the porch.)

**Unit A is wheelchair accessible.

Unit A is a studio, which includes a queen bed, living area with a sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, and full bath with shower.

Unit B is a 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed, closed off with a barn door, with a full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. It has a separate open living space with a sofa bed and large chef's kitchen complete with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. This unit has a laundry room.

The upstairs loft in Unit B isn’t available for use yet until we install railing and a ladder.

The units are rented together, and is considered a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house.

Plenty of parking is available.

Ron Jon Surf Shop (the largest surf shop in the world), the cruise ship harbour at Cape Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center and the Cocoa Beach Pier, are just a few attractions within minutes away.

Watch Space-X / Nasa Shuttle Launches right from the Beach! (Night Launches are a MUST SEE)

From here, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away to Orlando to the Disney theme park, about 45 minutes away.

My stay was amazing the host was outstanding. We had everything we needed in the house as well as for a beach outing. I will definitely be back again. My family absolutely loved it. Our family along with some of our closest friends and their kids rented this amazing house after our cruise. If you are looking for a spacious rental with top of the line appliances, TVs, amenities but keeping the beach life feel, than look no further. I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at this house. Everything that you need for the beach, cooking, relaxing and vacation have been thought of and provided by these owners. Lisa was very easy to contact and very accommodating. Can’t wait to book this place on our next trip.

The house was clean and beautiful. It was in a great location right across the street from the beach. The restaurants were close too. The best VRBO to date! No detail was missed in this absolutely perfect spot for our family vaca! The design, aesthetics, conveniences were too many to mention. Absolutely beautiful! Made me want to come home and redo my home! The separate units were the perfect space for a teenage family. We so appreciated all the amenities including beach gear, kitchen and laundry must haves, coffee, snacks, water, etc. We also loved the board games! Thank You for providing the perfect spot for our Spring Break! We can’t wait to return!

We had a delightful visit to Florida and staying at this home was the key. The location is great, the home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. We really appreciated having everything we needed to have a fun day at the beach being included for us. The snack baskets, coffee bar and water were also a lifesaver to us until we got settled in.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had only one hiccup which was our stove but I got hold of the host and it was resolved. To get to the beach was a bit tricky the road to cross was busy and having to cross with your beach and other things was a bit difficult to resolve a collapsable wagon could have helped. But that was a very small issue. We LOVED our stay thank you😉

My husband and two college-age daughters stayed at Lisa's place and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is perfect for parents with older kids. The girls had their place and my husband and i had ours. The house is spotless and presents exactly as shown in the pictures. Lisa has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. No 10 PM trips to the grocery store to get laundry detergent, coffee, or foil. There was even a bottle of ibuprofen! The house is right across the street from the beach. It is literally a 1 minute walk. Very nice beach chairs and beach equipment are provided. We watched the 2:30 AM rocket launch from the beach and could actually see the rocket on the launch pad. The house is an 11 out of 10.

We were two families with kids staying over a weekend. We each had a private unit, which was very nice. The kids had fun visiting each others' "houses". The units were very well stocked and we didn't need anything. To get to the beach we simply had to cross the street. It worked very well for us!

What an amazing place. Close to everything. Lisa was an amazing host. Easily reached if needed and she thinks of literally everything. From snacks and coffee to sunblock, beach chairs to boogie boards, this place has it all. Very nice, very clean. Was perfect for the family with the kids (teens) on one side and mom/dad on the other. Steps from the beach one way and the banana river the other way. Loved every minute and cannot wait to go back. Thank you Lisa.

Loved the location..just a quick walk to the beach! Beautiful cottage style design! Worked great for our family. Bonus of beach gear and beach towels was fabulous. Our family really enjoyed this property and it was exactly what we were looking for. Teen daughters stayed in A, and we stayed in B and it could not have worked out more perfectly. Host has thought of everything here and you may want to take inventory before stopping at a store. One minute walk to beautiful beach with very few people around, or to the Banana river for sunset. Very close to everything you could want to do in the area and great surf just across the street. Thank you Lisa, we had a great time!

This is one of the cleanest, well equipped, beautifully put together interior/exterior although property is NOT beachfront. Photos are deceiving. As I learned over the years of booking on VRBO you cannot trust pictures or tricky wording. In order to get to “beach” you have to cross a highway. Nonetheless it was a very pleasant experience at this house, again I have to mention the cleanliness is 10/10.

We visited Cocoa Beach for a long weekend. This vacation property has two well-appointed apartments that worked perfect for our extended family. They really thought of every detail when furnishing this property. We had snacks, detergent, beach umbrellas and chairs, wine fridge, grill, corn hole and other games. Each morning, we walked across the street to a quiet section of cocoa beach and were able to come home for lunch and dinner. The apartments were spotless. Lisa promptly answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this property.

This host cares so much about her guests' stay. The property is located right across the street from the beach and is beautiful. There's beach towels, sunscreen, a full kitchen with spices and pancake mix (my son was so grateful). The beds are were really comfortable and the entire stay was amazing. I am so grateful for Lisa's hospitality. Sometimes vacation rental owners are just in it for the paycheck, but it was obvious to our group that this rental owner cares about her guests'experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this property definitely deserves one. The accommodations were fabulous and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with our weekend stay! The house was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully, and the owners provided everything we needed from sunscreen to ziploc bags! The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the river for gorgeous sunset views. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The owners go above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly need. The location is close to so many fun places to visit and explore. Restaurants near by were delicious. The property is impeccably clean and so comfortable! The kids loved the toys for the beach and there are convenient hoses outside to rinse everything off so the sand can stay outside. Our stay was just perfect and we won’t need to find another Florida property to stay at as long as we can return to this one. We loved it and will most definitely be returning!

This house is absolutely incredible! Just minutes walk from the beach or banana river allowing us to watch the most spectacular sunrise and sunsets! The owners are very responsive and provided so many extras. Both sides of the house are beautiful decorated with the most comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely be back. I'll have to say, this is one of the best homes we have rented. We took a chance with a new listing and it couldn't have been more perfect!! The owners thought of everything. We had plenty of supplies from paper towels, spices, laundry detergent, coffee, shampoo, soap...too much to list. It was fabulous!! The house was perfect for 2 couples. The location was spot on. Right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants. The patio out back was very comfortable and we loved the fire pit!!! The house was also decorated beautifully.... If I could give this house 10 stars I would. I highly recommend!!!!
