Welcome to Tide and Seak! This south-facing coastal farmhouse in Seabrook’s South Farm district enjoys tons of natural light.
Enjoy our peaceful location near Barn Hill Park and hear the roar of the ocean as you relax on the front porch or in the fully fenced backyard. Visit nearby Horseshoe Park for an evening bonfire or to play a game of horseshoes. The playground, tennis courts and basketball court are just around the corner, and the beach and town center are just a short walk or bike ride away.
The cook’s kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for everyday and holiday meals. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig with pods, French Press, and plenty of mugs for all. The kitchen looks out to the cozy living space, with comfortable seating for everyone around the gas fireplace and TV.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with airy, soaring vaulted ceilings: the King primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, the guest room with plush Queen bed and another guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Outside you’ll find an inviting front porch to enjoy your morning coffee. In the fenced backyard the gas BBQ is ready to grill, the smokeless Solo firepit is ready for s’mores, and a table is set for meals under the sun and stars.
Other amenities include: heated outdoor faucet, beach towels, kitchen spices, marshmallow roasting sticks, pickle ball rackets, books, playing cards, board games, puzzles, toys, DVD players, Smart TVs, high speed internet, and electric car charger plug.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, wish we would have stayed longer. The price was reasonable and the location was great. We were next to the outdoor pool and the home had plenty of toys and board games for my kids. We will return again in the near future just a great little community, people were very friendly too!!!
