Superb modern, clean and comfortable. Well kitted out. We attended a wedding at the mansion house which isnt dog friendly so this was perfect. Quiet idyllic location. Eve was easy to connect with . all was excellent. Thanks eden Lodge

Comfortable, spotless and loved the little extra of having a “treat for our feet”

Own self catering, everything we needed and more, even carpet slippers, Towels, washing liquids, cloths, tea a few milk's for our first night stay, a very modern fitted out kitchen, Cooker, Fridge, Toaster etc. to a high standard. Nice lounge TV and eating area to relax in. Nice clean and tidy comfy bed's for a good nights sleep.
Well laid out for the Lodge size with all we needed for our short stay. If you wanted to stay longer at the Lodge it has outside tables and patio room to use in the quite countryside.
Mixing the sink hot and cold water for the few dishes we used, took a few times of use to get the correct temperature, not having a mixer tap at home.
Being of the older generation 80's + years old, a grab handle in the shower room to hang on to when standing on one leg may have been useful !

Was a little hard to find when first arrived but we arrived a little late and it was dark

Beautiful modern cabin, very quiet area, beautiful views of the rolling countryside, there's a clean safe play area on site for the kids, we visited the woodland walk which is 5mins drive away and free parking, great place for the dog, kids and a picnic, we also went to Pendine beach, really cool caves, ice cream and coffee shops, lots of rock pools to explore, we found crabs, fish etc also has Beautiful sand, definitely worth a trip, definitely going to come back, it was so lovely and peaceful. We also booked the night before!! And it was no issue.
Thankyou!!

A really beautiful, modern lodge. Lots of millenial grey. Very comfy sofa and bed, hob and oven worked perfectly. Everything was clean and modern, and felt very new. I liked that i was able to log into prime on the TV and watch a movie on the first night when we were exhausted. Very remote peaceful location. Eve was great and gave clear instructions on how to enter the property the day before we got there. The Wifi was strong and reliable. which was welcome as my phone signal was patchy.
The kitchen tap is horrendous (sorry). It took 10 minutes to fill the kitchen bowl with water hot enough to clean dishes. I gave up using it in the end as it was quicker to boil the kettle and pour that in. Also the shower wasnt great. The pressure was ok, but as I have long thick hair, i dont want to get my hair wet every time I shower, so the only option i had was holding the small shower head with one had and washing with the other - not really enjoyable. However, if you have short/no hair or are happy using the rainfall shower head, this wont be an issue for you. We didnt spend a lot of time in the lodge, so size-wise it was fine for me, my partner and our dog, but it is pretty compact. Not sure I would stay here with more than 1 other person though.
Finally, the lodge is considered dog friendly, however owners have a rug on the floor that they're precious about (it fills the floor of the seating area. I decided to roll it up and keep it away to ensure my dog didnt end up asleep on it, but i do think its a bit weird to offer dog friendly accommodation that has furnishings you dont want dogs on (sofa/bed i fully understand, but not floor rugs). I think the owners would be better to replace the rug they like with something hooverable. Or dont allow dogs in the accommodation.
These are all really small things though and I had a great time. The owner was lovely and the lodge is very nice.

Very clean, modern and very well kept.
we came with a 2 year old and they provided a travel cot, high chair, slide and a Wendy house.
They thought of everything, the kitchen had everything you needed and an ironing board for our shirts to go to a wedding. the views are also amazing!
If I had to be really picky maybe a full length mirror but to be honest, the whole place was great.

Quiet location with beautiful view.
No shops nearby. TV gave problems eg. Pixelling.

We booked a stay at Eden Garden Lodge at short notice as our plans to stay with family fell through due to Covid..after a frantic scramble to find somewhere else to stay for the weekend...we were so relieved to find Eden lodge at a reasonable price and that looked decent.
On arrival we were even more impressed. It far exceeded our expectations...it was lovely! looked to be newly furnished and everywhere was immaculately clean. It was also well heated.
Great kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher too, Eve has thought of everything!..even down to a pizza cutter and tray!
The Sitting area was great, as were both bedrooms, all beautifully decorated with plenty of space. The beds were really comfy and we had a great night's sleep both nights...it was soooo blissfully quiet too!
Bathroom was great, recenly fitted, constant hot water.
I nearly forgot to mention, the nice touches that made it that bit more special, the slippers on our beds with Eden garden logo towels and shower gel and soap in the bathroom.
Can't recommend highly enough!...we'd definitely stay again, 5 stars!
the only minor thing was that initially we had abit of difficulty finding the lodge, once we drove up the lane to the main site. Realised we should've taken first left at the sign for Hostel after speaking with someone. .however I understand from the owner Eve, that signage is being fitted this week, so problem solved!

Beautiful little chalet, very clean and spacious. Prosecco left for our little stay. Couldn’t have asked for any better.
Only suggestion would be better signing to get to the location.

The location is perfect, really quiet and beautiful views. Everything you need is around a 10 minute drive away, even the beach. The lodge was exceptional and very clean. Really much needed weekend break away. I will be 100% booking again. 10/10 for me.
