It was an OK experience

The food served by the restaurant was really good. room was spacious and shuttle service to the airport was on point. The staffs were all friendly and genuinely wanted to help. They did good but they can be better. Saying this as someone who has stayed in other hotels in Abuja.

Locations was a bit off, not easily accessible as the road leading into the place was not tarred. The air conditioner only worked with the generator that means my room was mostly hot, AC wasn't constant. No hot water in my room. Water had to be boiled and brought by the kitchen staff in a bucket. Internet service wasn't constant at some point I count watch TV again because Netflix kept sending error code.

Reception seevice, the bathroom, bed mattress and linen sheets need cleaning, the presentation needs redoing, difficult to locate without proper signage.

Cozy and warm

The fact that my requests were promptly attended to by staff. I could feel they genuinely wanted to help. Secondly the manager! He’s a gent. He gave me discounted prices sometimes and made sure I lacked nothing. He checked up on me to ensure all was well.

One of the staff. I don’t want to mention his name. He was very helpful though initially but kept on asking me for monetary gifts even after I had left the hotel. That wasn’t very good of him. Not a good representation at all. I hope he’s better behaved next time.

It was a pleasant stay

The breakfast was confusing. I had indomie and yam and egg the first couple of days which were not particularly good. Then I had eba and egusi, and that egusi was arguably the best I’ve ever had, so you se, confusing. The facility was good, nice fixtures, pleasant and helpful staff.

The most obvious would be the location. It’s located deep in a quiet estate that was a bit difficult to find. Plus there were only houses around for miles, it was a bit far from civilization. If you want somewhere quiet, somewhere to detach from the world, then yes, this is the place. If you want somewhere a bitl more lively and closer to fun places or town, then it’s probably not here.

Top notch service

The staff was excellent and place for very clean . Food was 24-7 and cooked fresh which i really much liked. I will recommend for anyone looking for a few days visit to abuja as it is 15mins away from the airport and also a very sane environment. Thanks to the Manager/driver and also the cook, They were very friendly

Wonderful place to stay I will gladly return.

The ambience was very good the room well apportioned and facilities well laid out. The cooling is awesome and the privacy element of the place is pairless. The staff particularly the Chef - Mices is a great chef with with a great courtesy. They are so warm and well behaved. No stress at all. The manager as well as our shuttle driver Michael exhibited exceptional customer relations. Guys, kudos please keep it up.

The road to the property is a bit untidy. But I can see some development in the future. Also I think they should have guest Wi-Fi and a bit of bar arrangement as the place is some what isolated guests should be able to get all they want to drink off the bar.

I like the perfect arrangement and quality of facilities in the rooms and bathrooms, clean, bright, neat. Staff were friendly, patient and helpful.
