Perfect size, great appliances, comfy furniture. Parking was as advertised. Host was very helpful.
Would love to have been able to stay longer. Enjoyed GSMNP, NC Arboretum, walking around the neighborhood. It was almost idyllic!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming two-bedroom, one-bath cottage, and it was an absolute delight!
From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The cottage is beautifully decorated, blending modern comforts with a cozy charm that makes you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area is perfect for relaxing.
One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor screened patio. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, taking in the serene views and fresh air. The location is ideal – close enough to walk downtown or to the grocery, yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting.
Our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful property with a perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our month in the well-appointed, immaculate, bungalow. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the variety of outdoor areas - with a porch swing on the front and a screened-in porch off the kitchen, we could sit outside no matter the weather or time of day.
The location is ideal - a ten minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants or a five minute drive to downtown.
Our hosts were perfect and had many suggestions for places to eat and things to do. They quickly responded to our questions and comments.
To sum it up - we can't say enough good things about our stay and plan to return to the bungalow in the future.

The cottage is awesome!! A perfect location to walk into town, restaurants, grocery shop, several farmers markets, walking trails all so easily accessible. Totally outfitted, so comfortable and the owners are fantastic and made my 4 month stay wonderful. I feel so fortunate to have found this sweet place.

My wife and I spent the month of April at the property, and we were absolutely delighted with it! Perfectly sized for the two of us, with plenty of room for the occasional visitor.
The property is wonderfully located, easy walking distance to everything we were interested in. Just 10 minutes to the historic Montford neighborhood and its restaurants. Quick access to downtown and all its offerings: live music, bars, great restaurants, craft breweries, and shopping. The River Arts District and the South Slope are also very much within walking distance.
Again, we couldn't have asked for a better, more ideally located property than this one. Even several grocery stores are within easy walking distance.
The bungalow is well kept and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We spent many evenings on the screened back deck, enjoying the setting sun, the birds singing, etc. The property is in a very safe and attractive neighborhood.
Meda and Thurston were fantastic superhosts. They provided clear and timely communication when we needed it, yet let us alone otherwise. They've done a great job with this property, and we'd go back in a heartbeat.
