The location is very good.
The entrance was very hard to find. I have spent a sold 10 minutes looking for the entrance and had to leave my laugage in the ground floor, because the elevator was broken.
As I have climbed the stairs and reached the hotel the woman confirm that I have found the place, so I told here that I want to check in and I am going to pickup my laugage -my 30 kg laugage- from downstairs, climb two sets of stairs to reach the same woman, so she can tell me that they overbooked me and I have to go to another hotel. 😑
So, my back hurts 🤕.
Beside that everything from the few moments I was there, was quite good.

Close to center and helpfull staff
The plumbing are too old. If the faucet is running the water comes up from the shower drain and it gets quite smelly

The Location for me personally was brilliant. Great restaurants in the area and super central to transportation as well as shopping. Charlottenburg is a great district to be in during a short stay in Berlin
Overall the price and value is matching
The beds have not been very comfortable and in my case, the pillow was old in a way that it should not be used anymore in general. That was a bit disappointing

The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the train station so it was easy to get around in the city. Our room was very comfortable and clean, it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good as well, we could also make the for later on the day so in winter it is a big plus. The staff was very nice and helpful, we were able to left our luggages at the last day after log out, so we didnt had to bring them around all day.
Maybe just the elevator was a bit loud but nothing else.

The room was awesome, super big, very clean, we felt like being at home, communal areas were cozy, breakfast room was nice even the breakfastyou have many options and self-service, the staff super kind, very polite, clean room service daily if you want, the street view was beautiful. Perfect location, many restaurants and markets around, metro station 200mts away, we enjoyed our stay.
Everything was perfect, congratulations to the staff.

Very very lovely personnel!
Sewage pipe in the room!!!! Noise from the pipe half of the day while people from all 10 floors above doing their bath business!!! The provided phone of the reception did not respond for 2 hours as well as the entrance bell! Because I came early than stated: 'We haven't waited for you?' Excuse Me? People under the circumstances (like lovely DB) may change plans. At least make sure your phones work all the time. Make no mistake, it is the 'hotel' made out of a big apartment, so you will be able to hear everything that is going on in the 'hotel'. And the price was too ambitious for such kind of 'hotel'. Wi-fi disconnects all the time, and when connected almost no traffic. The lock on the door to the room turned at idle a couple of times! And the cherry on the cake: neighbors stayed with the dog in the next room! But the main claim is the 'Kanalisation' in the room and dead useless phones! The prices for such a place should be really low!!!!!

The location was excellent, quiet, but also close to nice restaurants and bars. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The wifi connection was very poor. The bathroom was very small and there was no shampoo and body wash available.

Location really nice, close to the s-bahn, bed was confortable, building itself beautiful.
The furniture was a bit outdated. Small defects in the room, soundproof should be better, mainly due to the door in the room - you can hear everything from outside and vice-versa.

Bed was nice and room clean
The staff was a bit rude, you had to whisper in the evening and breakfast was mediocre. Toilet in the corridor and there was only one.

A small pansion in one of the best neighbourhoods of Berlin, very close to Savigny Platz S-bahn stop. Staff very friendly and helpful, small room with a view of the trees on the street.
The bed seemed ancient and not so comfortable but for the price it is what one can expect.

Sbahn nearby the hotel, not faraway from Hauptbahnhof, easy to find a hotel
Maybe one small thing... There's heard any noise from the next room. But when you're tired... It's not a big problem 🙂

The Art Nouveau building and most of it was well kept as it is in good condition. Great location and price value.

Perfect location, beautiful building, clean, tidy. Comfy beds! Quirky.
Lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

Location is excellent, and the neighborhood was charming. Breakfast was very nice. The big window and high seiling made a room feel bigger than it was.
Little cleaniness issues, but nothing dramatic. Room was a bit small, but charming.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but for this quality-price the place is amazing. Location is great and stuff really nice.
