Sehr freundlicher Empfangsmitarbeiter, sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer,Frühstücksbuffet mit auch etwas veganem Angebot

Matratze sehr weich, kein Spiegel im sehr geräumigen Zimmer (im Bad auch nicht), morgens um 8 Uhr sehr lauter Staubsauger und Türengeknalle nebenan durch die Reinigungskräfte - an Schlaf war nicht zu denken

In summary, I would stay at Solitaire again.

We had a studio with a kitchenette and balcony and loved it. The location was very convenient for us as it was close to my son's apartment but it is also close to public transportation and you get to anywhere in the city. We also like the fact that it was in a quiet location close to several parks.

We checked in on Tuesday and received fresh towels on Friday, however, the room and bathroom were never cleaned during our week-long stay. I believe the hotel had only one housekeeper and seemed a bit understaffed.

Nice overnight retreat

The room was nice and comfortable, I especially liked that there was a door between the room where the bed was and the entrance hallway when I entered the room. It helped cut down on the noise from the common areas of the hotel. I liked the sauna, and would go back and use it again, even if I don't stay there.

I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't operating, I was looking forward to a nice meal on the premises. I had a nice meal, I just had to walk a few minutes to get there. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants in the area.

Exceeded my expectations!

I appreciated the lovely staff team (all of them), spacious suite-like room, great wifi, comfortable bed, elevator (!), and the continental style breakfast with many choices served in the beautiful atrium. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.

It would be great to have a kettle with instant coffee and tea bags in the rooms.

Great location for my needs. Very friendly, super clean. Good value - not a corporate business hotel so not luxurious, but very nice friendly atmosphere. People seemed happy and lots of return visitors in the visitors book.

as most other reviews have mentioned: it is very clean and the staff are very friendly. the breakfast is also another thing to praise. also, I was in a single room and the decoration was efficient.

the distance to the center would be sth to nag about, but that again is not a huge problem because there is a bus stop 1 minute away and it is easy and fast to get to the city. another thing would be that they don’t have a safe in the room ( at least I didn’t have it )

Refrigerator and some dishes in the room, stove and microwave. Clean. Staff friendly. Short walk to public transportation and shopping and restaurants.

Kitchen had stove but no pots, breakfast adequate but could offer more. Don’t arrive after 21:00 because reception closed and getting into room with code didn’t work. A bit overpriced for what was supposed to be a „suite“. General modernization needed. On-site restaurant seems to be always closed.

The place looks charming, the pics on Booking do not do it justice. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere thanks to all the plants around. Comfy rooms, nice breakfast. Also, a nice area to walk around, quite a different feeling compared to the central Berlin

Disappointing

The garden in the middle of the building.

When we arrived at the hotel they were very surprised. They insisted that there was no reservation, although we resed two rooms one month in advance. They printed the reservations and, of course, the reservation appeared, but they didn't take it in consideration. Our luck was that they still had a room available and I was forced to sleep in the same room with my colleague because it was really late to find another hotel in that area. Breakfast of medium quality.

A peaceful retreat surrounded by art and nature.

Its a bit of a walk from the local tram stop, but that is made up for by the beautiful green surroundings of nature and trees - both outside and in the hotel! There is a lovely forest next door for walks, and the hotel room provided everything for me and my dog - very peaceful and clean. See you again soon!

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. Not bad, but not a lot of substance, more of a snack bar than a full breakfast. It would have been nice to have the option to order extra things like eggs etc.
