The rooms are renovated and clean. The hotel is in a good spot. The breakfast was simple but you could find something to eat.
The rooms are on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Natural lighting is almost non-existent. Apart from a kind employee at the reception in the morning hours no one else knows English and communication was quite difficult. The small corridor on the side of the hotel cannot be considered the best parking

Stayed there for a week. Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful. Would recommend.

Didn’t like anything about this property. I’m surprised there are any good reviews.
Very unfriendly woman at check in desk. She couldn’t be bothered trying to help us as we didn’t speak Italian.
The room was not nice. Window to some alley. Air conditioning was extremely cold - could not regulate.
Reception looked like something from the ‘60s

The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice too. The had an amazing croissant and a very delicious chocolate bread 🥐 😋
The location was great 15 minutes walking to reach the port.
Also a lot of supermarkts were near by.
Nothing to mention.

the room was new. perfect location close to the center.

Freshly renovated spacious room for family with 2 children , good location, proper breakfast
We did not get answer via booking communication on parking availability - so we park far away from hotel. Hotel parking itself not as extra small as it can be seen at Google - will fit several medium SUV (if dedicated only to guests)

Location
Parking is not free, and it is not written on the booking. It costs us 10 eur for 1 day.

Helpful staff, close to the city centre, for bigger cars very narrow parking lot but manageable

It was all good to fair staff were helpful car park is very narrow. The location is very central

We liked the room it was really cleaned and comfortable. The stuff from hotel was nice and helped us with parking the car on other site of the street since parking place is a bit small. Hotel is located only 20min to aquarium.
Parking it is small and you have to park it reverse from main street that can be annoying since the street it is quite occupied.
During the night it is loud from main street so better to keep window closed.

The staff were absolutely incredible, could not have been more helpful or friendly
room was miserable no daylight and small, breakfast limited and parking challenging

The staff were absolutely fantastic, incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. Our car broke down and that is why we were in Genova. The hotel was not great but the staff made up for it
The room, breakfast and parking

Hotel in a very good position some 10 minutes walk away from city centre. Stuff was extremelly helpfull and kind. Brekfast was tastefull and excellent.
Our hotel room has just a very small window directed to the parking of some public building - almost no air can enter the room. Hotel is located on a very busy street, luckily our room didnt have window directed to this street, otherwise would be difficult to sleep (to sleep with open window was also not possible). Small, narrow parking. Price is heavily above any logic for such a hotel (not clear if it is 2 or 3 star hotel).

Located to walk to the old town City Center in a few minutes. Great stuff and good breakfast Buffet.
Unfortunately, we had the old room in the ground floor, very uncomfortable and noisy. The rooms upstairs are looking better.

The parking, but not very easy to use.
The hotel wasn’t clean (floor sticky & room smelly). Poor breakfast. Staff could be more friendly.
