Wall of windows!! Every room is ocean front! Best views on The beach - largest beach front in PCB with 1500 feet of sand!!!

We have the best resort in Panama City Beach! Beach Therapy located at The Dunes Of Panama is gated, has 3 pools (one heated in cooler months), tennis, basketball, corn hole, and shuffleboard courts, along with beach volleyball. We have a gym, 2 tiki bars, and a restaurant all on property. Our clubhouse can also be reserved if available.

This resort requires renters to be at least 25 so if you're looking for craziness and all-night partying this probably isn't for you. Calendars and pricing will be up and running in about a week or so!! We have openings!! We have 2 units on the 6th floor, 1 on the 5th and 1 on the first so I assure you we can accommodate your needs!

Parking right out the back door so no long hikes to your car and no overly long-dreaded elevator waits!

Need an idea for a GREAT holiday destination? Fireworks over the water on New Year's Eve are breathtaking and a memory that will last a lifetime!

Absolutely stunning view! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the design and attention to detail. It truly had everything you could possibly think of, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The furnishings were elegant, and the amenities were top-notch. I recently stayed at this condo, and it was truly exceptional. The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a panorama that made every morning and evening special. The condo was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully considered. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a perfect getaway with a stunning view and all the amenities you could ask for. Five stars without a doubt!

Fifth floor and corner unit lent itself to breathtaking views from every room. Always looked forward to having our morning coffee on the balcony where we could see for miles on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Always knew what the flag color was for the day before we even stepped out onto the beach. We also loved having use of 2 beach chairs and umbrella everyday during our stay. Another fun area was the nearby pool which included the tiki shack where we ordered fabulous drinks while lounging in and around the pool. (So refreshing on those extra hot days.) Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is! The views are breathtaking!! We didn’t want or need a thing while we were there. The communication with the owner was prompt and professional. When we turned the corner and saw how gorgeous once we stepped inside, we literally all said “wow”! We will for sure return!! This felt like home to us and we cannot wait to get back!

This condo has everything!!! The deep soaker tub is out of this world! The condo itself is fabulous. I could live here!! Everything I could possible want is right there!! Every gadget every spice!!! Huge condo like a house with ever room having an ocean view!! Loved the pools! The large ones were cold just like I like them! The small one was heated like a bathtub! I prefer March over June very few people to deal with. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop. The owner was so nice and the condo was everything she said and more! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful vacation!!! I will be back!!!! You are my new go to person!! Thank you thank you!!! I will recommend to everyone!!!!!!! Just wow!!!!

This place so beautiful . I loved staying there . It was like a dream to wake up their see the beautiful beach sunrise then to watch the beautiful sunset from the balcony. I love being here this condo is beautiful and every room has a view . Amazing place I’ve rented this condo twice and I can’t wait to go back there.

Everything you cd possibly desire or want or need. It’s right there! No dreadful long elevator waiting or searching for your car!!! No hidden fees!! Can not say enough good things about the condo or the owner. She made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable, and luxury stay. She even kept in co tact with us while out do the country on vacation herself! Talk about top notch service!! The condo was spacious enough for me my husband, our two kids and both of our moms. Fully stocked with plenty of everything from pots and pans, to towels. Lots of amazing fun memories were made and we can’t wait to book our next stay.

My husband and I recently went to Panama City Beach for a vacation. We have stayed at Dunes of Panama many times for many years. This was the first time that we stayed at Beach Therapy and the name is a true indication of what we got! The accommodations went above and beyond any place we have ever stayed at before! Big screen tv’s, comfortable reclining sofas and king size beds! There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Just amazing! And working with the owner was so very easy! Kathy was very quick answering any questions we had and provided great suggestions of places to eat and shop! This was by far the easiest and most relaxing vacation we ever took! Thank you Kathy! ❤️

We loved our stay at Beach Therapy. It had the most incredible views of the beach and ocean. It was the nicest beach condo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could have possibly needed for our beach vacation. We will definitely go back if we have a chance. I can’t say enough about the views, drop dead gorgeous! When not at the beach or pools, we spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony enjoying the stellar scenery and incredible sunsets every evening.
