Ideal for long-term stays (30-night minimum), this newly-built, single-level retreat is ready to be your next home-away-from-home here in the charming and historic town of Pahoa! This vacation rental is located near beautiful black sand beaches and dramatic coastlines (some of which are within 10 miles of your door). You'll also be just two miles from the Maku'u Farmer's Market, 12 miles from Panaewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens, and less than 13 miles from the Hilo Municipal Golf Course, so don’t forget to pack your clubs!
Step through the front door and into a sunny, open great room with a well-equipped, island kitchen complete with black stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, and counter seating. Prepare your favorite recipes in this spectacular space and then dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for rainy day board games. After meals or days of hitting the local beaches, come home and settle into the main living area to channel surf into the evening. This home also features a room equipped with a desk and chair for your laptops if you need to address any remote work or schooling while away.
Out back, let the kids play in the large yard while you kick back and relax on the shaded patio.
