No nos hospedamos en el hotel el paso,porque hubo un incidente, nos movieron al Portaventura que no estuvo mal, pero por lo mismo del incidente todo era un desastre. Equivocaciones en recepción y a mi por ejemplo me dieron la reserva de alguien más y luego me llamaron para decirme que se habían equivocado, yo había acumulado puntos en sus tarjetas que no pude recuperar cuando me dieron las mías un descontrol horrible.
La comunicación es muy pobre, unas personas te dicen una cosa otros te dicen otra. Los mismos recepcionistas a veces no tienen idea de que hacen.

La piscina. Grande y limpia.
La cama es cómoda y la habitación limpia (cosa que no se puede decir de los lavabos del parque que son lo más sucio y maloliente del.mundo).
La ducha estaba rota.
El todo incluido es un fraude: te van enviando de un bar a otro y al final un café te lo tienes que sacar de una máquina de vending. La cerveza hasta las 12 no entra.
La merienda como no vayas antes de las 16h no encuentras nada.
En cuanto a los desayunos / cenas, como no entres a la hora puntual que reservas no te da tiempo (colas de más de 10 minutos para los segundos, cuando tienes 40 minutos para desayunar porque te echan!!).

La piscina es enorme y está genial y el personal del desayuno, especialmente Gloria, la chica que es hostess en el restaurante un encanto. Las camas no están mal y está muy bien el tamaño de la de matrimonio.
Las camas las hacían fatal (estiraban las sábanas y poco más) y un día no las hicieron directamente. Cuando lo comunicamos a recepción al llegar de noche, prácticamente me dijeron que la hiciera yo porque era tarde, aunque al final la hicieron pero tuve que discutir. El baño necesita reforma, todo se queda atascado (de hecho un día se inundó el lavabo). Por último, para desayunar solo te dan 40minutos, lo cual si estás de vacaciones y quieres ir relajado y encima tienes dos niños pequeños es difícil gestionar el tiempo. Después de viajar mucho es la primera vez que veo límite en este sentido, lo cual no lo veo aceptable por el precio que pagas por desayuno.
En definitiva si volvemos nos alojaremos en otro hotel.

El personal del restaurante y recepción muy amable y la ubicación muy bien. Es un hotel muy grande y si vas con la intención de pasar unos días a tope en los parques es adecuado.
Algunas partes del hotel estan descuidadas o son demasiado antiguas, habría que darles una vuelta. El tema del buffet es lo que más nos ha agobiado, es un poco “la guerra” y el tiempo para las comidas es muy reducido.

Muy buenas instalaciones, bien ambientado , el buffet variado, había de todo y muy bien organizado, se organizan por turnos que tienes que reservar y aunque el hotel es muy grandes no hay sensación de saturación y van reponiendo constantemente. Por decir algo, Ibamos 3 adultos, Había reservado habitación con cama grande y sofá cama y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas de 1,35. En recepción nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo y que fuéramos a la mañana siga a preguntar, pero ya nos dio pereza cambiar una vez instalados.

Te obligan a reservar todos los horarios de desayuno y cena de toda la estancia por la app del hotel habiendo pagado media pensión y teniendo que elegir entre 3 turnos....lo nunca visto!!!el trato de bastantes camarer@s tanto del comedor como del bar de la piscina y el bar de la noche pésimo y desagradable,sin servicio de mantenimiento por la tarde en la piscina teniendo que quedarnos todos sin bañar a las 17h porque alguien a la mañana se había hecho sus necesidades en el agua y con mas de 30 grados sin ninguna solución...mantenimiento de la habitación en 4 días 2 veces por fallo de televisión y caja fuerte...

Close to portaventura park
Room 1003 stinks of damp.
We paid for two adults and one 7yr old child. The Man on reception lied and gave us only two cards for the park saying our child would get in on the two cards given. We got to the park to be denied entry for the child, its a 10 minute walk back to the hotel in blistering heat and most of the group had gotten through so we opted to pay again when we had already paid in the room booking. I tried to raise a complaint but I was ignored by customer service online and at the hotel.
We didnt get to experience ferarri land because it only opens at 5pm, we was up visiting for the night only. We was denied entry to ferrari land just like portaventura world due to the man on reception lying and not giving us enough cards, we did not want to pay again for ferarri land so missed out on this park
We Wouldn’t stay here again due to the staff incompetency at the booking in properly, the extra we had to pay and the disgusting damp smell of the room. you are completely ignored when you try to raise a complaint

The hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and no mad morning rush to reserve these. The hotel's communal areas looked great and very well kept. The proximity to Porta Ventura was fabulous and it was only a short 5 min walk to get to the entrance. Breakfast had lots of choice and was constantly restocked. It was about a 20 minute walk into Salou and the beach - a very easy walk down a main road with no hills or anything like that.
The signage at the hotel could have been better, as we were only bed and breakfast it wasn't clear what we could buy to eat at lunch time as most people were all inclusive. Would have been great to have a snack bar with a menu for lunch time sandwiches at the pool. Near the end of the week we found a sandwich bar (not signposted or mentioned anywhere) but this was shut during the lunch time period so that wasn't very helpful. We ended up skipping lunch or walking into the theme part or to Salou for lunch.

El personal del hotel, tanto en recepción, el servicio de limpieza, todos los camareros y personal de comedor y restaurante son muy amables y atentos. María,camarera del hotel es un amor , la comida sin gluten la tienen muy controlada y aunque no hay demasiada variedad lo controlan muy bien, la piscina grande y bonita.
En general los servicios del hotel son un desastre, el todo incluido es una estafa en toda regla, no entra ni el agua en los bares del hotel, hay que cogerla de unas fuentes, el café tampoco entra, las bebidas alcohólicas ni de segunda marca (no se conocen ni las marcas), ni un simple batido de chocolate entra en el todo incluido, estuvimos dos días sin agua por una avería, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Habitué de port aventura depuis plusieurs années, je suis déçu par la disparition de certaines prestations et par la nourriture du midi, essentiellement pour l'option al inclusive! Plus de fauteuil extérieur sur les terrasses du haut, pour se poser, disparition du bar sur la terrasse du haut. Plus de cocktail préparés par le barman, mais des cocktails tout près, et avec tous le même gout. Seule la couleur change! la nourriture à cote de la piscine très très bof et toujours la même. Les attractions du parc qui sont fermées et surtout, surtout, le parc Ferrari! Ouverture à 17 Heures et fermeture à 22 Heures. pour une journée au parc Ferrari c'est plutôt restreint! De plus les principales attractions en pannes avec 4 heures d'attente, sans pouvoir faire une des ces attractions! Sortie sans faire aucune attraction et pas de remboursement! Seulement un avoir pour une journée à une autre date dans l'année 2024! Pour des étrangers à l'Espagne c'est plus que compliqué! Je profite pour faire une demande de remboursement au cas ou, la au moins il n'y a pas 2 heures de queue pour rien!!!

Nos encantó a amabilidad del personal del hotel. Las habitaciones espaciosas y camas cómodas. Las estancias están limpias y la piscina con hamacas suficientes, siempre hay sitio y limpio.
No nos gusto nada la experiencia en el restaurante coyote. Mancho nuestra estancia en el hotel. Mala relación calidad-precio. 100€ por familia con nachos de picar y 1 plato cada uno de escasa calidad.
Tardaron 1:30h en sacarnos la comida y faltó 1 plato por entregar.
Las escusas de los camareros fueron de lo más variopintas. Estaban a tope (23 mesas libres), que la cocina no daba para más, que nosotros no llevábamos pulseras de todo incluido... De todo! Para no repetir sin duda y para dar este servicio estaría mejor cerrado. Mancha el buen trabajo del resto del personal y del hotel.

Les équipements de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas ( pistolet à eau ). Horaires très pointilleux pour les repas et pressé pour finir. Impossibilité de manger en famille si plus de 4. impossibilité d'accéder au parc 30 minutes comme les autres hôtel du parc et concernant le parc, la plupart des attractions ouvrent à 11h30, 12h00. Donc si il y a du monde, même avec un pass, ce n'est pas possible de faire plus de 4 attractions par jour. Chambre ancienne

В двадцати минутах ходьбы от отеля - супермаркет Маркедония и небольшой торговый центр. Сам отель очень добротный, видно, что хозяева не поскупились на дизайн, мебель и ремонт. Завтраки очень хорошие, разнообразные и вкусные. Вечерами для детей устраивали развлекательные программы, но благодаря хорошей звукоизоляции при закрытой двери балкона в номере ничего не было слышно.
Среди персонала были грамотные и профессиональные работники, но попадались и такие, которые не отвечали стандартам такого отеля. Одна из горничных продолжала вытирать лифт, не обращая внимание на то, что несколько гостей в это время ждали лифт. Девушка на ресепшене дважды дала нам неактивированные ключи при заселении, и мы были вынуждены возвращаться к стойке и дожидаться, пока она закончит регистрировать очередного гостя. В одном из лифтов отвинтилась и болталась панель с кнопками, её нужно было прижимать, чтобы нажать кнопку этажа. Кроме того, в номере не было ни минибара, ни тапочек, ни чайника, не положили даже бутылочку с питьевой водой. Наконец, на детской двухъярусной кровати было написано, что она выдерживает до 50 кг, и из-за этой надписи дети отказались спать наверху.

Tema restaurante mal. Eramos 3 familias y entramos en el último turno, nos prepararon la mesa en una zona de difícil acceso, nos trajeron las bebidas tarde, ya en el segundo plato, teniendo que reclamar que las trajeran. Y casi sin llegar al postre nos avisan que cierran el buffet en 10 minutos!
Comparando el bufete con el Hotel Caribe este nos defraudó.
