Nagyon tetszett , jól éreztük magunkat.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet , mindenben segítettek például program szervezés , privát hajó bérlés , taxi rendelés. A hotelnek volt úgymond privát tengerparti részlege , ahova lifttel lehetett lemenni. Reggeli bőséges volt . Autóval közel van a reptérhez és az Old Townhoz is.

Heerlijke plek voor een kort verblijf

De locatie is werkelijk prachtig. Faciliteiten zijn top! Bedden heerlijk! Er wordt in sommige reviews geschreven over de last van de vliegtuigen. Wij hebben dit niet zo ervaren en vonden het juist fantastisch om een vliegtuig van zo dichtbij te zien landen en opstijgen.

De badkamer is wat gedateerd. Een aparte douche zou prettiger zijn.

מלון טוב, ממש קרוב לשדה, יש אחלה בריכה וחוף פרטי, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומלאה מבחר הצוות אדיב, כל יום יש שירות חדרים, יש אחלה מסעדות ובר במלון תצפית יפה למסלול של המטוסים

שעות הפתיחה של המעלית לים, הבריכה והחדר כושר- נפתח רק ב10 בבוקר.. הבריכה פתוחה עד 18:30 וחבל שלא יותר

Für einen kurzen Stop sehr angenehm.

Der Service war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Schöner Pool Bereich, großes Zimmer, angenehme Betten.

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Stellenweise etwas zu sehr.

Location is superb, design is like a seventies James Bond movie.

Room very different from advertised room, way too many disrespectful Russians, people smoking everywhere, all chairs at beach and pool reserved with towels!

Acceptable

The view is spectacular

The airport is aside to the hotel, and because of that it was a lot of noise every all day and all night! The staff of ok, except one employee from the SPA, with was very rude and was cursing me in her language and screming without any reason and , a behavior which is not accepted in a 5 star hotel nowhere in the world ! The food was acceptable, the facilities they are for a 3-4 star hotel,need lots of improve! The manager was involved, they give us a good rate for the room, the rooms were big and confortable but the furniture seems like old. The best thing of the hotel is the view which is leaving you Breathless!

Et dejligt beliggende hotel med god comfort og let adgang til lufthavnen og god mad.

Beliggenheden var virkelig god. Smuk udsigt, tæt på naturen og havet. Tæt på lufthavnen, som vi skulle til. Der var god plads på værelserne, der var god service ved ankomst og undervejs.

Poolen havde en fin størrelse men var lidt ulækker. Der lugtede enormt grimt fra ristene omkring poolen og i området med borde og stole, hvor man kunne spise. Poolen var alt for varm, hvilket sammen med den grimme lugt, fik os til at opleve vandet som beskidt og stillestående, hvilket det nok ikke var. Vi valgte den dejlige strand i stedet.

Most of the staff is ok however you can tell how much backlash they receive from the guests

The whole hotel needs a seriours refurbishment, everything is extremely old and the lack of maintenance shows everyhwere.

Visumoj viskas nuostabu.

Viešbutis nuostabus,pusryčiai gausūs ir labai skanūs,yra liftas į paplūdimį,patalynę keičia ir kambarius tvarko kasdien,personalas malonus ir paslaugus. Vaizdas pro balkoną tobulas. Spa labai geras. Vakarais gyva muzika ir programa.

Lokacija,būtinas automobilis apsistojant šiame viešbutyje,nes labai nepatogus susisiekimas pėsčiomis judri gatvė ir nėra šaligatvių,tad pasivaikščioti iki senamiesčio sudėtinga ir toli.

Pleasent place to stay, lovely views but main pool was small and no access to other pools

Stunning view,

no clear directions after making a Dinner resorvation very noisy with Aircraft taking off and landing nearby. No English speaking TV Channels apart from BBC news.

The stay was a nightmare, worst costumer service I ever encountered

The pool was clean

The breakfast was plain, the dining room very crowded and always had to wait and look for a table, poorly ventilated room just above the entrance so there was noise and light, but I wish that would be all. There was a leakage in the bathroom of the room the staff tried to hide by painting the ceiling and cleaning the sink while I was away but left my ruined and dirty cosmetic bag that was wet and full of mud because everything from a broken pipe spilled inside. I had to throw away makeup and cosmetic products worth of 150 euro, spent more than an hour cleaning everything else and felt that my vacation was ruined. I talked to costumer relations manager that assured me there will be compensation, but the day after demanded to receive the damaged products that I throw away for insurance, refused to accept the videos i took and refused to compensate me. This could happen anywhere, but the problem is with the way the hotel dealt with the issue. I paid a lot of money to be treated like a thief and liar that tried to get money from the hotel and got my property ruined. Terrible experience, terrible costumer service, total nightmare.

Wonderful experience for our hen party

We had a lovely stay at the Corfu Holiday Palace. We stayed in the villa, and the staff had left some lovely goodies and a bottle of prosecco to help us celebrate a hen do. I had another room booked for other members of our group, and realised I booked it for the wrong day!! I was mortified, but the staff on Reception sorted it out with no issues. In fact, they upgraded us to a sea view room, which was so appreciated. Lovely facilities, and the beach/pool areas were fabulous.

Unfortunately, the lift down to the beach was under maintenance. However, there is a path down to the beach which is totally fine.

Luxurious and Comfortable stay on one of the most beautiful parts of Corfu.

The breakfast was really nice! probably the best breakfast we have had on our holiday. The room view was absolutely fabulous and the location of the hotel on their own private beach was amazing! Definitely returning next year

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all after numerous attempts at it.

We would return in a shot; convenient location, spotless spacious rooms

The location is so beautiful, looking out over the Ionian sea. There is a very regular & cheap bus service, 2A, into Corfu Town. The bedrooms are light & spacious. We asked for and were given connecting rooms. All kept spotless

breakfast was good. the bungalow was large but very tired the bathroom fittings were worn outing needed changing the hot water often run out. the view was nice a good view of the airport runway. very very noisy day and night. the pathway to the bungalows were dangerous with lots of stairs. the highlight was the bar and the terrace was great and the bar service was brilliant.

reception was very average and quit often very rude. the owners need a good look at themselves the hotel needs complete renovation there was a big group of us approxinately 60 people none would go back certainly no 5 star.

nice view from pool area. La Veranda Resturant on site was very nice.

very run down and tired. Definitely not value for money. Room was very stuffy and aircon didn’t work very well. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Room was small. Bathroom had some water damage. Staff were friendly but not very helpful with information regarding activities

Hotel had nice view (the sea view room), very greeny surroundings which was nice and nice beach.

Hot water issues in the room between 17:00 -19:00 pm was not nice. Also the pool was not as nice as expected. Last, the food in the buffet (breakfast and night time) was a lot (big variety) however flavor wise was average for a 5 star hotel.
