☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

There is a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms boast extremely comfortable hybrid medium-firm beds for a fantastic night’s sleep for everyone. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV and air conditioning/heating unit as well as a sliding door to the back patio and clothing storage There is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it during your stay.

The crystal-clean spacious bathroom offers a double sink vanity, bathtub and a standalone shower. There is also access to the backyard, it’s the perfect spot to clean off and cool down on the way into the home after a day of beach play!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The well-equipped kitchen boasts new, top-of-the-line appliances and all the cookware and serving supplies you might require to create a home-cooked meal in your new favorite home-away-from-home. New appliances including refrigerator with filtered water and ice., gas stove, microwave and Keurig coffee with pods.

A separate dining room has a table for 6. There are a few steps with a handrail to reach the dining area.

The comfortable living room offers multiple seating options including a comfy couch and two large very comfy chairs. A 65” Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Please bring your favorite logins for Netflix, Prime, etc. The living room is raised up one step.

☆☆ DOG-FRIENDLY
You will enjoy access to the entire home during your stay. You’re also welcome to bring along your furry family members. Please keep pup leashed outside. We provide a basket with a couch blanket, embroidered leash for you to take home with you, water dish and waste bags. Please make sure pup is on a flea program and groomed. Thanks!

You have self-check-in but I will check with you after you are settled to make sure you have everything you need.

As stunning as this home is on the inside, it’s the backyard that’s the true winner. Covered, comfortable seating and a gas fire pit make this the perfect spot to relax! There are multiple seating options and a gas grill so you can cook and feast outside.

A washer and dryer are for your use and we provide detergent for your use.


☆☆ NEIGHBORHOOOD
The quaint town of Silver strand beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of beautiful coastline. Our bungalows are all easy walks to the sand. Chic Beach Shack is located on the far side of Silver Strand on a very safe, quiet street and a 1/2 block to the sand.

The beach is pretty quiet on weekdays but gets a fun crowd on weekends at the north end of the beach. There are plenty of good waves for surfers with various breaks fit for any skill level.

Local food choices are a dinner house, The Strand that has been around for decades under various names but the great food is just the same. If you want a healthy meal, La Janelle's vegan take out has some of the best options whether you are a vegan or not!

Silver Strand is located between Malibu and Santa Barbara and the perfect vacation location for a family that wants adventure and rest and relaxation. Silver Strand has its Channel Islands Marina, which offers so many things to do from renting kayaks and paddle boards, to signing up for a tour of Anacapa Island or Whale Watching. Not into adventure? The beaches are long and uncrowded so take your beach chair and one of the cheesy paperbacks we provide and soak up some sun, salty air and feel the sand in your toes.

Also, Buena Ventura Golf Club is just minutes up the road. Don't miss the massive farmers market on the weekend too! This will become your favorite getaway gem!
