The apartment was very clean and quiet during the night. Parking was in the parking garage about a block and a half away, although there was a card for free parking, I chose to park on the street, the cost was $1.75/h from 8a-9p and it is very well patrolled. Wegman's is only about a 1/2 block walk and other stores/restaurants were within walking distance. It is easy access to the highway. One thing I did learn is for the garbage shute you need to wave your hand in front of the sensor to open the door. I didn't get a chance to use the pool due to thunderstorms and there are a lot of dogs in the building, but most were well behaved. The owner did e-mail to make sure all was well.

I picked this place because of how close it was to the Metro, and it worked out perfectly. We had a great time here.
All of the neighbors were friendly and our kids loved the pool. I will say that the pool is quite shallow and surprisingly had a lifeguard.
The parking was great and there were plenty of groceries and restaurants close by. Seems like a nice area.
We would definitely stay here again.
Thanks đź‘Ť

Property was clean and utilitarian.
Condo was quiet.
Parking was closeby.
Minimally appointed...needed more glassware and coffee pods.
Coffee downstairs in the lobby was not worth trying.
Bed was comfortable but the plastic mattress cover was loud and hot and slippery.
The shade on the bedroom window didn't fully lower.

My friends and I had a great time staying in this apartment. The location is perfect with Wegmans and restaurants super close, a metro about a block away, and major highways nearby. Even though it was close to a lot it was a quiet place, which is nice for getting some decent sleep.
Having a parking pass included was great because there’s only paid parking spaces or a paid parking garage nearby. I appreciate the host being very quick to respond to any communication as well.
The available amenities in the apartment building are unmatched. The rooftop pool was lovely, and it was very convenient being right across from an outdoor lounge area for general relaxing or having a meal outside. The apartment itself has all the basics you’ll need for a stay of any duration, plenty of towels and washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, and some cookware and dishes (though there was only one wine glass but our group of three made do lol).
A few suggestions to take the stay from a 4 to a 5, the couch in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Since it’s a space that’s listed as sleeping 4 it would be nice to have some additional comfortable seating available. Also, the blinds in the bedroom are too short for the window so there was about a foot of uncovered space that we had to cobble together a cover up for privacy/shade. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall the property was perfect for us. Clean and cozy. For three adults, a small arm chair in living room would be ideal with the smaller couch that transitioned to a futon bed. The audio for the big screen TV in LR seemed like someone blew the speaker or something, but perfect space for one or two adults who are more interested in seeing the city than a movie night in.
Really our only frustration was the experience with the lockbox - under a park bench in a busy area with no real street parking which created stress. We also were given the wrong code in our instructions and there are a few lockboxes at different benches so we spent about 30 minutes looking like vagrants as we tried to figure out which lockbox was the right one (none used our code). Then I tried calling the number for the property with no answer. Thankfully, when I messaged, the property manager responded right away with a new code.
I have stayed at many rental properties over the years and have never had such a frustrating experience to access a property. When I told the individual what we went through, she didn’t even apologize or show empathy which was disappointing. She just said “Were you able to get the key?”.
Totally rent this property - I just recommend reconfirming details so you are set up for success. The place was lovely and it was in a great location right around the corner from a metro stop so you can’t beat all the pluses, but I feel renters should also be aware of the lockbox situation.

The host quickly responded to the TV connection problems and a housekeeping issue. The location is great, with Metro, AMC theater, Wegmens, and a variety of restaurants within a short five-minute walk. It is a very quiet unit.

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a convenient place to stay close the metro. Very clean and and accessible to restaurants.

It was clean and super convenient to be so close to a metro station. It was right in front of a wegmans which made everything you needed within reach. I had no issues with communication and very quick to respond.

Spring Break trip to DC. We chose to stay outside the city and this was the perfect location. Walking distance from the Amtrak station and a subway stop literally across the street. There are also numerous places to eat and a grocery store right there in the immediate area.
The owner communicated with us very well regarding the check in process and how to access the residence. The apartment is a 1 bedroom with fold out couch that was just the right size for our family of three. We did have some difficulty accessing the amenities of the building due to the key fob not working, but we did not seek out a resolution as it was not that important to us.
The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Basic kitchen items were present. WiFi included and smart TV's worked with no issues. The building is quiet and the other residents were friendly. Some city noise in the morning (trash, deliveries, etc) but nothing that interfered with our sleeping/relaxing.
If your party is 3 or more and all adults, it may be a bit tight, but otherwise this is a great location for families with one or no children. You cannot beat the location and price.

Beautiful apartment. The location is perfect. There’s no need to leave the neighborhood if you choose not to. Restaurants, Wegmans supermarket, movie theater, Starbucks and more are right outside the doors of the building. Metro is a 3 minute walk if you decide to venture out and do some sightseeing. Communication is great with owner. We had a wonderful stay!

I had a lovely stay at this location in The Foundry. Perfect location right off the beltway. Centrally located to DC. Fantastic amenities; beautiful building, and excellent host. The apart itself had everything you needed for a quick or long stay.

I needed a place close to NSF for 4 days. This was both superior to hotels and more affordable. I had a small problem obtaining the key and the owner responded immediately and effectively.
I was able to prepare all meals in the apartment, which is well appointed. I will definitely put this on my favorites list for next time.

Our family of 4 + 1 pup just had a wonderful stay at this property!
Leaunshae was a pleasure to rent through, and proved to be extremely responsive and thorough in her instructions.
Some of our favorite things about the rental:
• The condo was spotless and spacious with beautiful modern interior design. Basic supplies including olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee provided (not always a given in other properties we’ve rented)
• Dog friendly complex. We loved passing and interacting w all the different dogs (and owners!) on our walks
• The game room was such a fun bonus with games like PacMan, Fast n Furious, Street Fighter, as well as ping pong and air hockey (all free of charge). Saved us $ from taking our kids to an arcade!
• Location of this unit within the building couldn’t have been more ideal. It’s right across from the common room and roof top patio. Such a benefit when carrying food and drinks back and forth from the unit to the outdoor tables. And although the pool wasn’t open for our visit, it is also on the same level of the outdoor pool which opens Memorial Day weekend.
• Location of condo complex. Wegmans is steps away, as well as lots of yummy restaurants and the metro! Such a convenient location.
• Condo was QUIET! MY husband and I used to live in a luxury condo complex like this one prior to having kids, and our big complaint was always hearing neighbors. We didn’t hear anyone here. The walls must be extremely thick
• Last but not least, the community has such a good vibe, filled w friendly neighbors. But what do you expect from a bunch of dog owners?!

Parkin situation was weird. Parking garage tag didn’t work so we had to pay for parking the entire time we stayed there. Key for apartment and garage fob was chained to a bike lock outside on the street. When we arrived late at night we had to scour the sidewalk looking for the lock. If I wasn’t with another person it would have been a lot longer to find. Great restaurants right downstairs and the lobby was extremely cool. Toilet paper was razor thin. Lights in the bedroom were novelty lamps that provided zero light. No coffee table. Dryer is noisy as hell. Sings songs all night unless you open it up and kept telling us to drain something.
