Lovely little find. Firstly they actually had a room for a family of 5 which is unusual. We had a lovely welcome, room and accommodation was clean and comfortable and they provided a lovely breakfast in the morning. Would stay again

Quick overnight before. Trip to Dublin.
Really friendly staff and a superb room will definetly use again if flying from Gatwick

A good base for my 10-day business trip to Crawley. Quiet room facing away from the runway, so aircraft noise was not a problem. Good breakfast and (limited) dinner menu. I will stay again.

The hotel is lovely, very quaint. We we’re entitled to a complementary drink on arrival which was really nice. Excellent location for purple parking which is 2 mins on same road. The staff were the best and most attentive I’ve ever come across.
My only negative was the noise, we expected plane noise, however the noise from other guests made it impossible for us to sleep. So if hotel could improve in any way I would say some soundproofing on internal walls.
There is a chef and brewer 5 minutes drive away where we got a delicious meal.

A beautiful English estate. Great place to use as a base for day trips using your own transportation. The place itself is quiet and charming.

Stayed here night before catching a flight. This was perfect for what we needed. Nice room, tastefully decorated with small ensuite. There was a fan in the room if required. Thick heavy curtains which kept the light out. Being so close to the airport means bound to hear the planes but it didnt stop us sleeping atall.Comfortable, beautifully clean, lovely big bed & fresh white linen. Staff were very helpful. Although the hotel isn't currently doing evening meals theres a good chef & brewer just up the road where we had a nice meal. You can also order in takeaway & use the dining area if you wish (takeaway leaflets & list of resteraunts provided in the room). Had a full english breakfast at the hotel & there was also a range of cereals, juices, toast, croissants, yoghurt & fruit all included. We were able to park our car at the hotel for the duration of our holiday. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly from Gatwick

Near the airport, very nice bedroom with good choice of hot drinks and kettle.

Have stayed here before because it’s convenient for family. However, it is opposite the end of Gatwick runway, so be prepared for the early wake up call from Easy Jet! Nice little hotel, great breakfast too.

The combined rustic and modern design of the property was quite appealing. It had a homely feeling. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. Would certainly recommend the property.

Absolutely beautiful property! Added little touches, powerful shower, bed was extremely comfortable. Loved sitting out the front and watching the squirrels, planes taking off, even little frogs. Had a lovely choice for breakfast and plenty of tea!
Enjoyed talking to Sharon she was beyond superb & so attentive! Security man was also lovely to talk to. Not a huge issue at all, but might be worth putting a slightly bigger tv in the big room we were in as we found it hard to see the writing/titles. We would definitely come back!

Very basic room, no wardrobe, tiny shower…. Not to pay the price it has in my opinion . Besides the hotel does not offer the option to pay on arrival I was obliged to pay in advance.

We payed for a family suite with beds for 3-4 people. But when we got to the hotel we got a room with one king size bed. We could take it or leave it. But it was late and we already had payed for the room, so we took it and got a madras for the floor for our 13 year old daughter. I think that it is totally unacceptable that the hotel give the room to some other people. We did get some breakfast.

Super cute bed and breakfast vibe. Loved staying here. Did only stay for one night while in between flights though so don't know much about the area or getting around.

Stay over before flight, choose this hotel for price and location, unfortunately we had to be up and gone early for flight and were kept awake till gone 11pm from a private party. I called reception at 10pm to ask for the musictone turned down,it was but voices of adults and kids travelled meaning we had to keep our windows shut which added to poor sleep. This was disappointing

Really great experience, family of 3 booking so we were close to Gatwick before going on holiday to break up the trip. Both receptionists were super friendly over the 24 hours we stayed and would go the extra mile for us. Family room was a great size, super comfortable and clean. You do hear the planes but you get used to it and don’t hear them at night. Breakfast was great and a good amount of choice. Great value for money.

Great place to stay the night before a flight to Gatwick.

It's ok for overnight stay for the airport, we had two nights because we was travelling to London. The restaurant is closed till further notice so had to order in. That information would have been welcomed before booking. Breakfast not so great and have to pre order. With it being next to Gatwick Airport the noise is very bad, no sound proofing at all, needs windows upgrading. The staff are very nice. Good for plane spotting ✈️😂

We arrived late and the check in was prompt .
Nice ground floor room.
I opened my window in the night to get some air as it was hot but it opened into another room rather than outside.
Breakfast was good. Staff replenished items when asked. My daughter left her teddy behind but the girl working that day rang us after 10 mins to inform and we came back for it. The car park and grounds around the side could do with improvement but we only needed a place to stay for the night. The house is an older property which has character.

Maple Manor is perfect if you just need a low cost room and parking for Gatwick, we have used it before and whilst no frills it is fit for purpose, no official reception but staff member always on hand and very helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, property is dated but fine. Continental breakfast had a good variety of choice. It was ideal for an overnight stay for an early flight. We would use again.

Excellent location for Gatwick airport, friendly and helpful staff. Could do with a bit of a clean, lots of dust and cobwebs. Bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Didn’t have breakfast as we were catching an early flight. Will use again in the future and possibly their airport parking service too(we already had it booked with Gatwick this time as didn’t know it was a possibility).

Stayed for 1 night before our early morning flight.
We got a family room which comprised of 2 bedrooms. Both rooms was really nice, both had TVs in then and looked like it may of had a recent refurb. Thick carpets, radiators kept the room really warm.
Great selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate.
Staff were also really nice on check in and check out.
Although the restaurant was closed they gave us many choices of restaurants in Crawley along with takeaways.
If we fly from Gatwick again I'll be sure to book here again

I booked the Manor hotel cause I had a night to spend befor my next flight early in the morning- the ladys taking care of the guests were helpful and friendly- my room was very small but cosy- with a nice bathroom- a waterboiler was there to make tea or coffee! And even a small fridge! They have a beautiful garden in front ! Over all it was a perfect stay!
