Tout été très bien la chambre, les parties communes de l’hôtel, la piscine, le restaurant

The pool ruined my wife hear due to unsafe water conditions. The owner agreed to reimburse the cost of a hair salon and ignored our messages after leaving
4.0
Beautiful view, quiet environment for healing, staff are ok
There are no dental kit, shower cap, room slipper and television in room
The property does not have espresso machine

I stayed in Palm Springs Bali Dive Resort for 4 days for my birthday and new year trip, Everything was perfect beyond expectations. Friendly service, delicious foods, and beautiful room which was clean and comfortable. I chose Sea view room for this stay, view is breathtaking beauty while wake up in the morning. This is first choice if back to Tulamben diving again.
Nothing.

Servizio scadente, struttura in cemento troppo caldo , zona ristorante ridicola, piscina senza ricambio acqua, stanza sporca.
3.5
Quiet place, away from the main road. A lot of space with nature, pool, sunset/sunrise viewing point. Awesome staff. Restaurant with great food (they can bring food to the room). Nice massage, gave bike for renting. Clean the room every day and give free bottle of water
Quite expensive for Bali. The place is a not finished, construction materials are there in some places. Electricity went off one time and no one could fix it (did it by myself). Snorkeling gears available for renting are bad quality. Gas in rented bike you have to pay by yourself. Everything a bit far away, you better rent or have bike or car. Normal taxi doesn’t work, maybe you can hire local taxi

Great view of the coast overlooking pool. Nice and quiet, excellent view of mt Agung from room. Quite new facilities. Great food. Friendly helpful staff.
Hotel is yet to be finished in some areas such as handrails on stairwells making it quite dangerous.
No room telephone
No bed lamps
Limited access to bottled water
Staff limited English but trying very hard to help.
Hot water plumbed backwards.

Fantastic experience! Waking up to picturesque views of Mt Agung each morning was stunning. All the staff including the owner Scott were some of the nicest people I've met. Great place to complete you PADI open water course too as my instructor Wayan was incredible. I'll absolutely be back to complete my advanced divers course in the near future. 10/10
Next time I'll organise transport from the airport through the hotel, though that was my fault.

Palm Springs was the first hotel where we stay in Bali. Staff were super kind. The hotel has a beautiful garden like a tropical oasis. The room has AC and hot water, it’s a brand new hotel with spacious garden and pool. They cleaned our room every morning, we also really loved their breakfast.

宾馆环境漂亮,房间宽敞、明亮、通风、安静、干净。
交通不方便,grab打不到车,请宾馆帮忙打车比较贵。
4.5
Awesome view of Mt.Agung, totally tranquil, close to the snorkel places
Probably best you arrive with a scooter to easily visit places nearby otherwise travel would be hard to try restaurants and places.
Missing facilities to spend time apart from the pool and garden.
Also needs some more light options, maybe some table lamp
Had some weird piping issue, was getting hot water in the WC jet spray.

Pick second floor with Mountain View. The room is clean, simple no-fuss and comfortable. The benefit of having brand new resort.
It is not friendly for walking or wandering about to “civilization”. Far from anything. If you are looking for secluded place and have your own vehicle, this is good choice.

Comfortable, quiet stay. Two pools. We stayed in the hotel unit and walked right out to our pool. Breakfast was good and could eat right on the beach. They have beach beds or you can just hang by the pool. Service at both areas. Dive and snorkeling right from beach. Restaurant was good or within walking distance to many other good restaurants.

New condition and very quiet environment.
Location is far until cannot find grab/ Gojek driver at all. The resort driver charges are very expensive

Calls itself diving resort, but the equipment is really old! So the price you pay for snorkeling and diving is way to much!
3.5
Astonishing view and clean room.
The towel doesn't change. The scooter rented from the hotel was not in a good condition.

new resort, opened 2023
very friendly staff
we were lacking TV and especially fridge in the room as there is no possibility to have any drinks post 9 pm

The views were amazing, staff incredibly friendly and the pool was beautiful with stunning views

New resort with large swimming pool and lots of space, great volcano view, isolated and far from busy/noisy main road, but you must have your car/scooter.
No handrail on staircase and part of balcony, that’s very dangerous and possible to cause serious accident.

As someone who stayed there for 7 nights I can’t rate higher for a resort. It’s perfect.
the view is just stunning and the staff there stood out. The food is very very yummy. I tried almost everything in the menu over the last week and I love every dish. Also, It’s a new built so you’ll enjoy it even more!
I fell in love with that place. Will definitely recommend.
Nothing really

Staff were very friendly, they arranged a nice tour for me, food was good quality, beautiful views
The location is quite cut off so you need a car or motorbike to go to local restaurants etc. Because the resort isn’t finished there is some building noise. Also, the room needed a hairdryer and bedside lamps as it’s very bright with the main light on.
5.0
Awesome view, location distant from noise, staff is kind
Little far from restaurants, you need motorbike

Rooms are very clean. Pictures on the website reflect the same situation in the hotel.
WiFi is not so strong, but it’s manageable.

The hotel is very well located! We're a long way from the hotel complex here, and everything remains on a human scale.
The mountain views are superb and the pool is perfect. The staff are very attentive and the food is excellent!
Rooms with small terraces are very nice.
Scooters can be rented from the hotel, which is very practical.
4.5
the view on the ocean and mount agun
the very high quality and cool unique style (for bali) of the infrastructure
the silence and peace of the place
the trees (discretly with light at night) and the green garden
the good and friendly services
that a bbq place will be installed
excellent quality/price relation
not much..😀means no coffee latte (only Bali coffee) and some little infrastructure parts as the lobby still partly work on progress and hence lacking a bit of charm -yet « normal » since hotel only open since a very short period of time

The location was so beautiful. The volcano was right out the front of my room - took my breath away.

Perfect place for chilling and relax. Incredible views for the volcano and ocean. Everything is new and clean. Very taste food. Exceptional staff, very kind and professional. Comfortable beds, quite and efficient AC. I can highly recommend.

The place is quiet and peaceful. Great view of Mt Agung from our room. Food from the restaurant was excellent. Good range to choose from for breakfast and lunch or dinner.. Pool was clean and refreshing. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi was strong..Air con was great. I would strongly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.
Water pressure in shower not strong. Lacked basic things like kettle, cups and coffee/tea (provided when asked for). Water bottles not replenished each day (although not asked for). Having said that, I am aware that the place hasn't been open for very long and these things can be readily fixed.

The hotel was really great! Everything was new and clean. The staff was excellent - we arrived very late and the kitchen was already closed, but the staff still prepared us some food, and it was very tasty! The hotel seemed to be in a Greek style, with beautiful surroundings - on one side, a volcano, on the other, the ocean, and all of this could be seen from the amazing pool.

The location of the resort is perfect ! The view on the volcano is amazing. The restaurant is delicious . The staff help us discover the region and the tours we had was really good compare to the other tours we got in other resort of Bali.
We had the perfect stay at the hotel, thanks

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR - I took the chance on this new resort and what a great experience. I Loved the quiet location, awesome views to the ocean and the volcano, spacious resort with lush tropical gardens. The room was new, clean, comfortable mattress, hot and good pressure shower and great view from my bed to the volcano. The al fresco resto was nice and breezy and the food was wholesome and tasty and they were open to requests not on the menu. The oversized pool a bonus. In addition to a cool diving trip, where the diving is close by, the dive team were knowledgeable and helpful, I also mentioned i enjoy fishing and next minute i was out on a local fishing boat at 5am, spotted a few dolphins and had a modest catch of 2-4 kilo Mahi Mahi which the chef cooked up including steaks and Sushimi - delicious. Nothing was to much trouble and the team were open to any requests and super keen to please. Loved the back to nature style holiday, cant wait to go back. PS. the massage was one of the best ive had in Bali.
Its a new resort, so some patience is required. Check the detail clearly if you make any special menu requests.
