Very comfortable, not too special, casual family atmosphere. Great photos and description of what to expect. Great location and everyone of all ages loved it!!!

This is a beautiful, clean property in a location close to downtown. We were able to walk to a lot of great locations nearby.
This place was great for sharing a vacation space with another family. There was plenty of space for everyone.
Super quiet neighborhood made it even better.

This is a nice 3 bedroom home. Fit 3 sets of adults without a problem. Had a nice gathering area in the living room, kitchen was good although we didn't cook anything as we just walked to places to eat. The game room is a great addition! The adult kids and even the old parents played with the pin ball and arcade system. The "master" bedroom and bath is a little funky but it works.

Place was just as expected from the listing - cozy and quirky Santa Fe. Main living room was much bigger than expected in person with plenty of room to fit multi-family for games and drinks around a coffee table. Location can't be better for ski access to Santa Fe, Pajarito, and up to Taos. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent time. The home was very cozy during extremely cold weather and is only 30 minutes from the ski resort. The DeVargas center is a 5 minute walk and has excellent indoor shopping, bowling, and restaurants.

Property is spacious and well equipped, kitchen is especially well equipped - best rental ever in that respect. When we arrived the internet was not working and the Vacation Different people could not have been more responsive. When our over the phone trouble shooting did not work, they dropped off a hotspot for us to use and in parallel had Comcast come out who fixed the issue. All through this they were responsive and worked around our plans for the day. I think you can tell good service by how they handle issues and they could not have done better.
Place is very comfortable and the pinball and arcade machine were fun. We brought games but they also have a good selection of games.
Easy walk into town and Uber works well in Santa Fe too.
Super place.

The house was soooo comfortable and soooo beautiful, honestly so much better than any of us could have hoped!
The location was perfect- easily walkable to downtown, as well as to a great grocery and restaurants.
After a few driving and hiking trips around northern NM, it was awesome to come home to a great hot tub, and relax with food and drink in a large and comfortable living room.
Thank you so much for a fantastic place where we could pretend we were living in our dream home!

We had such a great time at this property 2 years ago that some of us came back this year and were not disappointed. Pin ball machine, arcade game, and hot tub are just a few of the extra items in this beautifully decorated spacious home near the plaza. They also left chocolate chili creme candy and a NM cookbook. Wonderful place with very responsive management.

Stayed with my 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and kids loved the pinball and arcade games. Kitchen was fabulous, stocked with everything. Beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. We had one minor problem that the property manager addressed immediately. Very good service from them.

A family of four had fun walking and exploring Santa Fe from this well-located house. We ate out tons but also enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and eating outside.

Great property and check-in was very easy. A lot of space that was very cozy. The host communicated through email a number of times before we got there and checked in with us once we were there. A/C was heavenly! There was a super binder that had everything we needed to know about the area, food activities, etc. Cellular is spotty up there so we all had issues with our phones but that’s just the area. wi-Fi could’ve been a little more consistent but when I brought it up to the host, I told her not to worry about it as we really didn’t need Wi-Fi. Great overall vacation great location, great host. Would visit again.

My Mama, Sis and I stayed at this lovely casita. It’s extremely convenient to the town and super comfortable for 3-4 adults. The master bedroom was the most comfortable bed and the little bedroom off the game room great for those who need a bit more privacy.

We stayed with some friends at this lovely home. We had a great time going to local places, and then playing board games at the house. The pinball machine was a big hit, as everyone tried to beat the high score. The house was clean, warm, and had a nice hot tub.

Kelly was able to allow us to delay when Omicron Covid Surg hit US for 6 week. That was very nice of her!
The house was cute & comfortable. The guest book was very comprehensive about the house. There are instructions all over the house about where the light switches are… etc. we did have a small incident of one of the two showers stopped running hot water the 1st day. Kelly responded in 2 minutes & sent repair person next morning.
Hot tub & arcade/pinball were highlights w/ my kids. It was great entertainment after a day of skiiing.
Thanks again!

Our stay was just like being at home.
Highly recommend this place.

The house was so cozy with all of the Santa Fe vibes you want when you visit.

The house is well laid out. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking things you could need. The pin ball and pac man machine are great extras. You are an easy 10 minute walk to the main square. Kelly was always responsive to any questions and got us a good discount for ski tickets and rentals.

We loved staying at this home while we spent Thanksgiving in Santa Fe. So many wonderful things to say! The location was great, only 10-15 min walk to the plaza. The house was 'stocked' with a lot of amenities that made it feel like home - a full kitchen, TVs had streaming ability, a game closet, towels for the hot tub, and even a welcome gift. The thoughtfulness and responsiveness of the property management team was exceptional. The 'instructions' book had many local recommendations, several that we used, and any issues with the home were quickly addressed (not that there were many).
A couple notes for awareness/planning, not a complaint - while the master has an attached bathroom, it's the smallest room with a low door clearance; the two largest rooms are just off the living room and share a much larger bathroom. There's also a step down from the rest of the house to the living room, for anyone with mobility challenges.

My group and I had a great trip to Santa Fe and this home made it all the better. Great home, great amenities, perfect and easy to communicate host, walking distance to downtown. Don't look any further and book this house.

Perfect Santa Fe experience! The house was clean and comfortable, with just the right Santa Fe ambience to make the stay unique. It is centrally located to the Square and activities. The hosts were easy-going and provided very nice touches… From a welcome gift through to a slightly late check out to accommodate our travel schedules.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our two young children (3 and 5) and their grandparents. The house is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need to prepare a family meal (even included some kid-friendly dishes). There are toys and puzzles in the game-room. There are towels for the hot tub. We had everything we needed. Plus, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the square is just a 10 minute walk away! We can't wait to come back :)

Home is located within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Historic Downtown. Very private home with gated courtyard. The house is great for 4 adults, the living room is large and the bonus room with pinball machine and Mrs PacMan (and other games) was awesome! Hot tub at the end of a long day of shopping and sightseeing was well used by this group! Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Nice touch that the owners left a small gift of chocolates and a cookbook, plus fresh flowers. There was a couple of things we brought to the owners attention that should be addressed (crack on one wall, and a few small holes that need to be fixed) but overall a good experience. There is a Piano Bar (Vanessie's) that is about a 7 minute walk from the house and it was a blast! We also tried La Choza (which is affilated with The Shed) and we found the food to be even better then The Shed (you would need to Uber or drive to this location). For all ages (over 7) there is a fantastic interactive museum called Meow Wolf that is a must see when visiting Santa Fe. Owners are very responsive to answering questions about the area and any concerns we expressed!

We loved our stay here in Santa Fe! The house is so charming,; we loved everything about this historical home. It is obviously cared for and cherished. It is in a great location, we were able to get to grocery/market in just a few minutes either walking or driving, and to the Plaza/Downtown in about 10-15 minutes walking time. Bakeries, restaurants and bars are conveniently located. We all loved using the spa after a day of walking or hiking! Also, the kitchen is well stocked and as foodies who like to cook and grill we all really appreciated that. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were only in Santa Fe 2 nights but I’m so happy we chose this rental. It was a very convenient location. The large living room and bonus room really let us spread out and gave our little kids more space to play. We mostly ate out but the kitchen looked like it had everything you would need if you were planning to cook.

Go glad we found this gem! Absolutely relaxing, comfortable, and so close to everything. Kitchen has everything you could ever need for any meal you can think of! Court yard in front is made for day dreaming and the hot tub and patio table out back make it feel very private. Bedding and towels feel more like a lux hotel (seriously—how do they do *that*?!?) Owners are super responsive and helpful. Definitely will stay again and already recommending to friends!

We were looking for a large home where the family could gather, regardless of the COVID conditions, with plenty to do on site. The arcade games, great kitchen, hot tub, games and toys, cable and internet kept everyone occupied. Starbucks, bowling, restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to the plaza. Couldn’t have been better

We had an absolutely amazing time in Santa Fe at this property. Our host thought of everything and was so welcoming and helpful, and she gave us some great information for things to do in the area with kids. We stayed with another family and it was nice having two separate wings in the house so we had plenty of privacy. We loved all the separate gathering spaces inside and outside, and the fact that the front garden area was blocked off to keep the kids off the street. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub, pinball and arcade machines were an awesome perk! The only (super minor!) thing we didn't love was that the room where our kids slept had a skylight, which meant they were up late and awake at the crack of dawn every day. I wish there were some kind of shade on the skylight for blocking the light, but it was awesome to have so much natural light in the house throughout the day. Really gorgeous house, easily walkable to Sprouts for groceries and to the plaza for exploring the touristy areas.
