The Clubhouse BnB is a beautiful home located in East Springfield with stunning views of the pristine Hickory Hills Golf Course. The home features a huge backyard entertainment space with two outdoor patios, gas grill, table with an umbrella, hot tub, and a fire pit. The property was great. Lots of extras, including the hot tub & a large back yard. Even though we could only enjoy the outdoor area 1 night due to rain, it was still enjoyable. The only thing we would recommend would be better seating in the living room. There wasn't much seating for 5 adults to watch TV. We were travelling with a toddler so we were home in the evening, otherwise the place was great.

This place was very nice for the location right off HWY 65. The road noice was not the greatest. However, it was very clean, uniquely decorated, I just stayed the one night so did not get to use all the amenities. However the hot tub after a long day, the lighting, everything was pretty cool. We listened to music and enjoyed each others company. Also the porch swing on the front was nice to sit on and read.

We came for a quick trip to Fantastic Caverns and this place was great. We always choose houses with good outdoor space, including a fire pit, and this one did not disappoint. If I had to nitpick, I wish they had left us dish soap in addition to dishwasher soap. And the silverware was pretty weird, which is more of an observation than a complaint. But yeah, strange spoons.

This location proved to be perfect for the conference we attended. Ease of access to the highway was helpful. The hot tub and outdoor firepit were excellent activities at the end of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the clubhouse. It was nice, clean, and accommodating for our family of five! We had plenty of space and the amenities were great. Even though we couldn’t find the toaster and would have liked a small dresser or built-in shelves/dressers in the closets, we’d recommend this place to other families. We would gladly stay at the clubhouse again when we’re back in Springfield!

After 4 days of being in Branson and going non stop- we spent a few less hectic days in Springfield. This home was perfect for that. We loved the front porch swing and ending the nights in the hot tub. It gave us some much needed down time with our kids. We would definitely stay again!

We were very impressed upon driving up on the property! Very cute! Loved the swing! The inside is very spacious! It was perfect for the 4 of us. And the back yard is amazing! It’s too bad the heat index was 105* while we were there so we were only out there the first night! The table on the patio with the huge umbrella was perfect! It is so private back there also! The garage was a huge plus to keep both our convertibles in! Derek and Summer were very good hosts and responded back very quick with any questions or concerns we may of had. We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful home in a great Springfield location. The kitchen has lots of cookware and utensils. The backyard is set up perfectly for a relaxing evening outside. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good location in the Springfield area that also includes great amenities.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Springfield. Having the use of the garage made loading and unloading so much easier (especially since it was raining). The outdoor space is second to none! It is very convenient to the interstate and made going to different places very easy. You won’t be disappointed!

It was a great house and was well prepared for us. There were a coupe of little things that came up, I did not reach out to the owners, they are very responsive and I’m sure would have responded promptly and positively . It is a great place Highly recommended

My family and in-laws were able to stay comfortably in the clubhouse while in town to watch the basketball games. We enjoyed grilling steaks, shrimp and pork chops on the grill as well as roasting some veggies in the oven. And we could have space to stretch out. The beds were comfortable! This was a much better stay than a motel room! Thanks!
