The property is nice, it was great except we didn't know the area so we parked in the garage the night we arrived and left the hand held garage remote in the car shut the garage door with wall th button and went out the man door. We n't know the man door locked when you closed it, our vehicle is locked in the garage. I called management because the garage lockbox wouldn't open with the same combo for the house & he argued that it was the same combo they would never use a different one, not the case. The owner sent the correct combo the next morning, it opened the lockbox but there were no keys for the garage door knob. Management said this was on us and gave me a number for a locksmith but he wasn't available but gave me the number of a local one that was great. Cody, the locksmith got into the garage AND made management a key to put in the lockbox. All was great EXCEPT we had to pay the $200 locksmith bill. Had there been a key for the garage in the lockbox there wouldn't have been a need for a lolocksmith. How is this on us? Even the locksmith didn't think it was right for management to make us pay i. I am also a property manager & never would this have been on the tenant, this was a management issue he should have known the correct combo & he should have had a garage door key in the box. Aside of this & the trash can heaping full of trash in the garage it was a very nice home. Hopefully the owner will make this right and reimburse us for the locksmith.

The home was really nice, plenty of space for the family. The view from the porch was absolutely spectacular. The beds were all very comfortable which is really nice after long days on the boat and running around with the family.

Great property, secluded yet a ton to do with an hour. We will look at booking this property next year.

Beautiful view. The house address sign is a little misleading. You need to drive further up the road from where the sign is.

The property location was outstanding. I'm glad our family decided to stay on the west side of RMNP. The Grand Lake area was a dream. Quiet, peaceful, and plenty things to do. The house was great. The location to the park was a short drive. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all sleep like babies with the night mountain air blowing through the windows. The deck was definitely a highlight. The view of the valley with the mountains in the distance, while the horses ran around below. Wonderful spot to be; enjoying the morning sunrise or evening sunset. Kitchen was well stocked and large. Bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. Highly recommend this house. 5 stars all around.
