Such a lovely historic house! Very welcoming, nicely remodeled, also clean. We had our morning coffee on the front porch. Well stashed kitchen with lots of k-cups.
Ryan was such a great host and VERY responsive!
They had an event next door and although we could still hear the music while inside (albeit not loud) they were done by 10 pm. It was not a negative for us and we actually enjoyed the music.

We enjoyed our stay at this property during the Longleaf Music festival. Excellent communication from the host. We had no problems, checking in or while we were there. Very clean and modern updates inside. Kitchen is well stocked for the meals we cooked, with plenty of room for getting together in the dining and living areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this house! So convenient for our family for our sons wedding next door at The Venue at Warm Springs. We literally walked out of our back door and up the arch covered walkway to wedding festivities. Loved the huge front porch. Host was very accommodating!! Highly recommend this home.

This was such a delight. We did arrive a bit later in the evening so the walkable restaurants were closed, but that led us to The View Bar! Friendly staff, very good food and per the name, a great view! We would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Ryan!

House is exactly as shown in online photos. It is conveniently located to Callaway Garden, FDR Park and the Little White House. House was very clean, had Wi-Fi connections and streaming TV services. We felt very safe during our stay. Many of the local restaurants close early, so plan accordingly. Would definitely return.
