About this house rental
Fully restored, this authentic 1930's cottage nestled on a large private block is the go-to destination for your visit to beautiful Tamborine Mountain.
The house is in walking distance of Witches Chase Winery and Queensland's first National Park Witches Falls. You can even stroll to the local supermarket, restaurants and bottle shop which would take about 10 minutes.
This property has tall ceilings and polished floorboards (no Stilettos please!). Whilst there is a small TV and Wi-Fi, we are all about enjoying the surroundings here. There is a secret Bowerbird nest that you can visit. Bring something blue for him to add to his collection. Sit under the tree for morning tea and watch the Scrub Turkey steal from the garden to build his mound. Bird life abounds on the property. This is the perfect destination to unwind and relax. The home does have a fireplace however it's not operational due to age. There is a gas heater in front of the fireplace (the actual fireplace is not operational) so please be aware of the gas when using it. The house has a gorgeous lily clad water well which has been covered with mesh, however please be mindful of this with children.

Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
