The ground floor has its own outdoor landscaped area with its parking, a vast swimming pool with sunbeds, a large kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

The modern villa is 350 sqm / 3800.00 square feet with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 2 kitchens 2 living rooms, 2 parking spaces 1 large swimming pool. The Monaco villa gives a true sense of intimate relaxation.
With its wonderful garden surroundings, you get a sense of privacy, and you can enjoy the swimming pool area and the villa feeling remote and protected from the outside. The villa's contemporary style and stunning outdoors will bring your calm levels to their maximum, immediately putting you in your chill zone.
The Monaco villa is unique and stands alone. There is no other house on a plot of 5500 sq / (6000 square feet) with fantastic views of the city, the harbor, and the magnificent sunset that can accommodate up to 14 guests who seek their perfect holidays in Paros.
There is a housekeeper to take care of the house and linens every day.

The villa's manager lives on Paros, so we can help you with everything you need in an emergency.
