Unfortunately I cannot rate this place more than 2 stars. The place is myself is nice. But it doesn't have many of the basics - we booked and arrived with my whole family with young kids, at check in right the way we noticed there only 2 towels + 1 hand towel. There's also no bed sheets or pillow for the futon in the living area. We tried texting, calling and even ringing the doorbell at the main house and we got nobody. We managed the shower that night and was planning to go buy some towels first thing the day after. I checked again in the morning via text and the manager assistant respond back they didn't get my text. They provided the towels and bed sheets. Then ignored the other requests such as salt and pepper, trash bag, sugar / honey... This is really the first time I stay in somewhere missing so many basic stuff. :(

Our family of four stayed a few days. The place was decently clean and almost exactly as advertised (the pictures of the yard with play structure are outdated - said structure isn't there anymore and that part or the yard isn't accessible to guests).
The location was great - we brought bikes and biked along the waterfront trail with great views of the Toronto skyline, and we could easily get to the GO train by bike to go into the city also. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, with great parks close by.
However, there were several small annoyances/essential things missing, most of which can easily be fixed :
- kitchen : Fridge, microwave and dishwasher were all new and clean. There's an electric cooktoop. But there was no toaster and one single teaspoon.
- bedding : perfect for a party of two, but since it is supposed to accomodate for 4, bedding/pillows for the futon would have been expected. We had sleeping bags with us for the kids so we made due without.
- bathroom : only two towels and one washcloth were provided, there was no trashcan in the bathroom and no tissues (nor anywhere else in the studio). The vent traps were also very dusty. Bathroom sliding door got stuck open a few times.
- there are no windows, only two patio doors but no screen doors on them so we couldn't leave them open for a breeze.
-soundproofing wasn't great as we could easily hear the music and walking/talking from upstairs.

This property was beautiful. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Note the futon/couch won’t fit 2 people, but plenty of room for an air mattress. Kitchen is well stocked. Location was easy to find and close to amenities. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The location was great and the VRBO had everything that we needed. Definitely recommended!

My daughter, grand daughter and I traveled to Toronto to go to the zoo. Jack was a gracious host and available for any questions we had. Place was exceptionally clean, beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.

The studio was convenient and clean and cute. The host, Jack, was great to communicate. It had a nice area to walk to the water and park. I would recommend it!

Everything was very good except one thing. When we came back to the room and I used my cpap machine it had some kind of soapy taste or perfume on it and in my respirator as if they had sprayed the room wth something while we were gone. I dont like that they can go in the room while we are out and especially if they do something that polluted my respirator.

This is a lovely studio unit with a private entrance & drive. It was light & bright & furnished with contemporary decor. It is handy to GO service and 2 great community parks. Nearby Clarkson has some great small restaurants.

Me and my fiance very much enjoyed our time at this wonderful studio! In a very nice and safe area! We very much enjoyed seeing the city and lake Ontario just down the road. Jack was very nice and asked how everything was and if we needed anything pretty much as soon as we arrived.

Yes great

Upon arriving, entrance was awful, had to walk on leaves and walnuts to get to the entrance door, which had no exterior lights to the entrance. Lock box was hard to open. Gravel driveway was not cleared. When they blew the leaves from above, the dirt and leaves were all over our car. No clothes rack to hang your clothes. The futon sofa is very uncomfortable, you can feel the wood underneath when sitting on it. No place to put your soap in the shower, except the floor. Gate and latch need TLC.

Property is accurately described in the listing. This is a good location on a quiet street and walking distance to a park. Anything you need from a store is a short drive away and many restaurants around. Jack was very quick to respond to messages and even unlocked the gate for us ahead of time since we arrived in town very late. Other reviews have mentioned the driveway is very narrow and I can confirm it is tight, but our 3 row SUV was able to fit. We just had to unload/load more strategically. It's worth having the driveway as opposed to street parking.
Thanks again Jack!

Nothing to say other than we had a great trip and the host was responsive! First time in Mississauga and we will definitively come back :)

Perfect location within easy walking distance to the park and lake!
We enjoyed the convenience of being located in a quiet residential area but within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping.
The nearby Go Train station made travel into Toronto an economical and fast way to attend the Blue Jay games.
Our accommodations were clean, well stocked with essentials and we felt right at home.
Wished we could have stayed longer but maybe next time!

Property was located in a great location and we enjoyed an excellent week stay. Close to Lake Ontario and beautiful parks and paths. Unit was clean and owner was responsive to any inquiry. Transit (GO) was a short drive and was a convenient way to visit downtown Toronto. There is a private driveway and entrance but i will note the driveway is narrow so it is advisable to unload passenger and luggage further back and park after. Neighborhood was private/quiet and felt very safe. Perfect for a short getaway.

Lovely neighborhood, super clean, make sure you park in the parking space provided, super comfortable, best for couples!

We stayed only for two nights to bridge our Niagara vacations with our son's baseball tournament in Ottawa. I had a hotel reservation and when I stumbled upon this unit in VRBO, I immediatly cancelled the hotel and booked this one instead. Since we were staying for two nights only, I tried my luck asking for an early check in and the owner was super quick amd accomodating! Communication was great, always got back to me super quick. And everything in the unit is as you see it. Very calmed and relaxing surounding area, beautifull parks, lots of restaurants and convinience stores close buy. I wish we could have stayed longer, and will for sure stay here again in our next trip to Toronto!!

Great little studio apartment within walking distance of the shores of Lake Ontario. If you like going for walks this location is great as it is a quick walk to a park on the shoreline. Owner was great and checked in on us multiple times trying to visit to make sure we had everything we needed and there were no issues.

While this efficiency was small, it accommodated my husband, son, and grandson perfectly for their annual Astros road trip. It was very clean and was in a very nice neighborhood. They will stay there again if one of their next trips brings them to Toronto.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to Toronto via the GO Station at Port Credit. They had free parking there and the train was very inexpensive.

Easy to get to. Nice neighborhood. Short walk to a nice park on the lake.

It was a very clean and quiet place.

So overall it was good, a few tips that will be helpful is that you have to go through the double gate doors and the latch is on the inside so get your hand in through the tiny gap and release the latch (the gate creeks but that is fine). Once in you are right there with lock box, the key is very tricky to come out of the slider lock (don't look for a actual door it is a slider door) you have to return to centre and get your other hand to push on the metal while other hand releases the key. Otherwise u will spend at least 10 mins figuring this out. The parking is tricking but I made sure to go more to the bush side so that when you open the door of car you don't hit the retaining wall with the car door. I didn't see the seats outside in the advertised pics where u could potentially sit outside but then again it has been cold this spring so we wouldn't have used anyway but just didn't see them. the walks were nice in the morning down to the Marsh at end of the road. It was hard to make a left hand turn from the top of Bexhill Rd onto Lakeshore, however, you can instead go the other way and take a right on Bridgestone lane and then a right onto Silver Birch Trail and then head up to the stop lights it might be safer to make your left hand turn there. We had a good stay for the 2 nights in Mississauga. Jack was very good at responding as we couldn't figure how to turn on the fire place but then Jack told us and it worked.
