Very clean and adequate for my short stay

A very handy stop overnight to get to the airport ….clean and simple but with all one needed.

Breakfast was limited but acceptable for our need . It was served at a convenient time and in a pleasant location. The adjacent restaurant was great..service and food quality. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

We had requested a single and a separate twin room. However when we arrived we were shown 2 double rooms. This was not acceptable but luckily I had brought the written paperwork and after some negotiation we were offered a twin bedroom. The staff had limited English and we had be even more limited Spanish …but we managed to come to some understanding. As the hotel is used by many travelling to the airport, it was very noisy overnight. Overall though it did offer us an overnight stop on the way to the airport at a very reasonable rate.

Good value comfortable stay near airport

The hotel is basic but it works. We had a twin room. The beds were firm but we slept well and the aircon was excellent. The person in charge when we were there was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing particularly negative given the price, though I couldn’t locate a hairdryer.

Exceptional

Everything! I was stranded at the airport, found this hotel on the spot, although, language was a barrier as I speak English and the receptionist speaks Spanish, they were still able to help me navigate. The receptionist Maria, went above and beyond, and even spoke with my friend that speaks Spanish to help, and also assisted me in finding my taxi back to the airport. Very good experience, outstanding! God bless!

Excellent location, free parking and great neighbouring restaurant

Great little hotel close to Murcia Airport. Dinner served in the neighbouring restaurant until 11 pm, excellent food and Cristina was a great server 😊

Wow! What a find! All the receptionists were so kind and helpful and gave us a 5 star welcome. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The adjoining restaurant played above its status and was rightly packed out.

Poor rooms and the bathrooms are not acceptable.

The Reception area is good and well presented. The rooms? Tired and in need of a refurb. Beds are ok ish. Bathrooms need a full refurb too. The shower was awful. Hot water now and again. The water pressure is not consistent at all, low or even lower. We stayed in January, although the weather was pretty good the room was freezing. We could use the air con but at a max of 19 degrees and it took an age to reach a warmer feeling. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall, we didn’t stay in the room that long during the two nights. Sad to say, I wouldn’t book again and wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Rooms were cold, water pressure very poor in the shower and a refurb is needed.

Close to the airport and very convenient, super restaurant on the side of the hotel

Very basic but also very clean, the only complaint was that room 16 could do with a new mattress, I kept rolling into the middle as it had seen better days. Staff are extremely friendly and would stop there again
