Worst experience. Not recommended at all.

Nothing to like at all

Room bedsheets were dirty, AC was not cooling, staffs were rude and food was costly with regard to its standard. I have even shifted to apartment from this property as stay was going pathetic.

Lovely stay, good location and clean facilities

The breakfast is meant to arrive from 8 am onwards but comes closer to 9:30. This could delay your plans for the day. Confirm in advance when breakfast would arrive and then make your plans for the day.

In short it is good value for money

The place was clean and the owner was responsive over Whattsapp

Comms could have been better. Breakfast is promised from 8 am onwards but rarely is ready by then. 9 am is more realistic.

Highly irresponsible host

Highly irresponsible host,canceled the ooking when we were 15 min away from Lucknow that too we called to enquire about parking, giving lame excuse .we were stuck in the new city with no booking and long journey with a kid.Booking .com should be more responsible towards customers ease.worst experience ever.

Peaceful and quiet place for spending time together, host is great, the caretaker is a nice person.. food is also homely.. what else one needs for a quality time❤️❤️

LOVELY EXPERIENCE OVERALL

I have very recently stayed at Atulyam Stays. To my very candid opinion, it was unbeatable experience starting from first calling up Mithilesh Ji ( Owner ) till the see off greeting during check-out by Deepak, Manu & Others who treated and serviced us really well. The very spacious bed rooms and living room have nice upholstery, clean bed linen and decent basic furniture set ups. Regular cleaning of rooms made it really hygienic. The food quality is good. The external atmosphere is a blend of urbanized yet county feel. One can really have calm & peaceful stay here. The attendants are very co - operative and 24X7 attentive. I strongly recommend this safe & peaceful place for friends, families and business travelers. Well done & kudos to Mithilesh Ji & Team !!

Excellent place to stay in minimum budget

I really enjoyed the hospitality and the ambience. Food, rooms and cleanliness worth every penny. Will surely visit again.

Disappointing

No much options for breakfast, location is remote and bathrooms are so dirty. Property is overrated, owner contacts to customers and insists for good rating. Only good thing is that the rooms are provided with AC but no electricity backup, incase of power failure one has to suffer.

A true sample of excellent hospitality. Nice ambience, location of homestay is beautiful. The place is well maintained and equipped with every amenities. Staff was extremely friendly and even host is very helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. No power cuts and 24×7 electricity and wifi available. I would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Room was spacious and clean with homely ambience.High speed Wifi and smart TV were as promised. Home cooked food was a cherry on the cake .Host was proactive in sharing details of location and caretaker beforehand and taking regular feedback on the facilities. Would definitely recommend for both short and long term stay in Lucknow

Worst hotel. Cheap food quality.

Property was new and staff was puzzled had no idea who all has booked and what service to offer them. Owner had requested me later to not operate the AC . He will ensure me refund but he didn't.

Staff and owner were adamant that we have booked non AC room. We reached hotel at 4 pm but the rooms were not ready. No generator backup. Frequently load shedding were there. AC not working. Staff asked not to run AC because of AC tripping were happening.

Nothing much to talk about.

There was nothing good ;what to talk about-“Better “? I had to shift three times from second floor to ground floor to first floor.I had booked one room for self and my wife from 09Jun to 11Jun 23 and two rooms from 10th Jun to 11th Jun 23..First night ie 9th Jun we two some how manage the horror of the night because of the failure of electricity the second night was horrible and beyond words.Out of three rooms one was without AC and the second room AC was not working. The result was that my daughter had to shift to our room. The third bedroom had been given to my daughter’s contractor where AC worked till the electricity didn’t fail.. There is no back up for the failure of electricity and incidentally the failure of electricity was noticed quite often during night and even during day. Second night were without electricity for nearly three and a half hours. This was the state . I recommend that so long some backup of electricity is ensured by the management, they should not be allowed to book rooms inAtilyam Stays. Thanks
