Next to tube station. Near Lidl and Tesco for who's travelling on a budget. Kitchen had most of the neccesary things (except a toaster which would have been useful). Checking-in was easy and clear.
BED BUGS! LOTS OF BED BUGS, ON THE FLOOR, WALLS AND IN THE BEDS.
In the last night of my stay I woke up at 3 bitten by one and I found many on the sheets and pillows. I couldn't sleep any more.
Bed bugs are DANGEROUS as they suck blood and carry DISEASES from the different guests.
After finding out about the bed bugs, I looked better at the reviews and many have complained about it in the past, however the host seems to have done nothing about it.
I took lots of photos and videos of the bugs.
I can only hope I didn't take any of the bugs in my luggage.
NO MATTER THE VALUE FOR MONEY, I'D NEVER HAVE CHOSEN THIS LOCATION IF I KNEW ABOUT THE BUGS!
I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY DON'T DO SOMETHINT ABOUT THIS: throw away the bedding, contract specialized services.
The bed bugs were a nighmare.
I mesaged the host and he said he'll take care of it in the future, but sincerly after showing him all the photos and telling him we couln't sleep anymore because of the bed bugs, I would have expected a refund.
This is a HEALTH DANGER.

Very good location, right next to upton tube station and green street shopping which is what we needed after a long day's shopping. Price was really good. It had a kitchen but we didn't need it as only stayed 1 night. Fresh towels provided, room OK clean. The email self check in was very clear. Communication was clear. Toiletries provided in bathroom. More then 1 bathroom. Hair dryer provided. I will book again for sure!
You can see and hear the train behind the bedroom but I didn't mind too much as i prefer noise to spooky quiet and it wasn't during the night.
The bathroom could benefit from stronger AC, sink basin blocked slightly. The door handle with pin is too close to the wall, so when you turn you end up scratching your hand. Mattress very light, pillow flat, next time I will request fluffier and thick ones.

Everything is available on the property. Everything is provided in the Kitchen Excellent location for train worth for money spent. I have requested to keep my bagages in the property after checkout, I was allowed, and they were very helpful and recommended for short stay.
Though Interior is good, first sight of entrance has to be improved.

Clean room, table and chair in room. Normal bed. Wifi works well. Location so so. Good self accomodation, great information about check-in. Room was good for short staying, for longer its depressing.
Room was without window, but it was ok. But for someone it can be depressing. Due to this the air was not so good. The wall was too thin so I heard everything from next room and kitchen. The toilet was little broken.

Cheap for London and near the underground. Shared kitchen could be useful. Basic cheap place okay for a quick trip. There's a nice cafe round the corner (Kaffiend)
Thin walls so I heard snoring. I found the bed uncomfortable. I was told on the day that my room had no window. It was in the basement and a bit stuffy. They had an AC device but it was very loud. Lots of people moving around the place generated noise. Key code systems beeped loudly. Property exterior was not cared for at all.

Clean linen. spare towels. Air conditioning. Hairdryer. Drawing unit. Mirror chair and table
Someone set up laundry machine which worked after 11pm. Little curtain is not big enough to block the light from corridor. Forced me to open eyes early in the morning. Some spots on furniture and missing handle in a drawer unit. Pillow too flat, duvet to thick.

Staff was nice! Close to tube.

in addition to the location near the underground, only disappointment, my room was with mice, it is disgusting, I am afraid and hate mice, the room is on the minus ground floor with a very narrow staircase and goes to the common kitchen, three washing machines are constantly washed in the kitchen, the audibility is terrible, it is impossible to be in the room, all sounds are heard both inside and outside. everything is old, rusty, the door to the toilet does not close. the area itself is dirty and noisy, it’s scary to walk the streets, there are a lot of drunks and drug addicts, I don’t recommend this accommodation to anyone. Personal is not friendly at all, I never heard even hello.
The worst accommodation when I ever have booked

Price is reasonable, location is near the train station and it’s quiet. Apt is clean, though there’s a traffic in the bathroom since it’s a common bathroom among guests. Was able to check in earlier than 4pm and communication to check in and out are easy.
Walls are too thin I could I hear other guests snore. Hehehe.

Amazing location, a few minutes walk to tube station with direct connection to St Pancras! The rooms were fine, very small and basic, but fine. The shared kitchens and bathrooms were quite clean. We didn't encounter any other guests so it felt quite private.
If you're on the back side of the building, you will get woken up by the announcements from the tube station at about 5 or 6am and then it just keeps going. It's very loud. The price was ok for London, but with shared facilities and a very loud environment. It was ok for 1 night but I wouldn't have liked to stay longer.
