Pros: Great selection of things to watch such as Netflix etc. Cons: Little to no communication. We arrived on Friday night to attend the wedding of a family member. Saturday morning (11am) we called the number provided in the VRBO messaging system to see if there was an iron anywhere we could use. No one answered or ever called back. My husband went to the on-site laundry room to see if there was one there. The laundry room had been trashed, but he did find another number listed in there, but again no answer or call back. Saturday evening (6 pm) we decided to use the jet tub. The power button didn’t work. It looked like someone had stabbed it or something. We tried the same numbers, again with no answer or response. I messaged the host and received a response that they would let “the man in charge” know and they would reach out to us. An hour later, I left a negative review on Facebook. A few minutes later we received a call informing us the tub was broken, and we needed to fill it up all the way and plug it in from a door on the side. A few minutes after the call, my husband received a text message stating that it “wasn’t fair” that we left a negative review because it was Easter weekend and they only took an hour to respond. My question is, how is it fair to the customer to not only neglect to inform how to use the main feature of their room, but also rent out a room and then not answer or respond to the messages left because of a holiday?
