- NOTE: On the first floor, we've transformed the game room into a versatile space that can serve as a bedroom. To maintain its flexibility for activities like playing pool, using it as a bar room, or simply as a gathering area, we've opted not to keep a permanent bed in the room. However, for guests who prefer to utilize it for sleeping, we provide a convenient rolling bed with a mattress. You can find this bed within the same room or tucked behind the bunk bed in another bedroom on the same floor. Feel free to open up the rolling bed and make use of this room as needed
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front door, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 2 is located on the deck, facing outward toward the backyard. Camera 3 is located on the balcony, facing outward toward the backyard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: 6 free community wristbands are included, if more than 6 are needed, additional community wristbands can be purchased for $9/day/guest
- NOTE: Guests must register with the HOA at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a $35 late fee until 1 day before arrival. Any registration made on the day of arrival is considered a 'walk-in' in which case the HOA reserves the right to either allow the guest to enter the community with a $250 charge or to prohibit this guest from entering the community as part of their policy violation. In the case of the HOA refusing entry, guests are responsible for finding a stay elsewhere
