This stay is perfect for trips, medical professionals, college visits, etc. It is centrally located in the historic district of York Chester for travel to nearby activities as well as Charlotte without being in the big city. It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is south of Downtown Gastonia.
The space
This one large room studio is located above a detached garage. One flight up from deck stairs leads to the patio and entrance. The studio is comfortable for two with one queen sized bed. In a pinch, the sofa can convert to a queen sized bed as well. A maximum of 4 (2 people per bed) would be doable but tight space-wise with little privacy. Home cooked meals may be prepared in the well-stocked kitchenette and table extensions raised for dining. A wall mounted television is provided for entertainment.

The second floor deck and apartment are available. The first floor of the garage is not available as it is locked with supplies.
