This stunning oceanfront condo is located just steps from St. Lawrence Gap and enjoys unbeatable Caribbean sea views from the second floor. The modern and fully air-conditioned condo has three spacious bedrooms, open plan living and dining area, fully outfitted kitchen, and an amazing private patio with beautiful ocean views best enjoyed from the comfortable lounge area.
Enjoy security and privacy on the busy South Coast of Barbados - as you enter through the security gate to the condominium building and take the elevator up to the second floor, the views will blow you away as soon as you open your front door. Step into the air-conditioned open plan living and kitchen area with the comfy couches set in front of a flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling sliding doors open up the living area to the covered patio and incredible ocean views beyond. The patio has a lovely lounge and dining area overlooking the Caribbean sea.
The three bedrooms in the condo are all air-conditioned and two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and incredible ocean views. The master bedroom has the incredible view from the bed of two floor to ceiling windows. You will love the walk-in closet and en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom also enjoys ocean views, whilst the third bedroom has island views. The unit is totally sound-proof so whilst you are right in the heart of the South Coast, it is still possible to totally relax and enjoy your holiday.
There is a gym located on the ground floor of the building with cardio equipment, weights, and exercise balls. Also on the ground floor is access to the beach! Take a stroll through the tropical gardens and go through the secured beach gate to steps down to the beautiful white sands. There is lovely swimming with the occasional turtle popping up! In low tide a sand bank comes up which is lots of fun for kids (and adults) to walk out on. A shower is at the gate if you wish to wash off when you come back.
Just a few minutes walk away is the famous St. Lawrence Gap - with lots of dining options, bars, live music, and nightclubs. You can also easily catch a bus to go up and down the South Coast just outside the condo building.
