Great location! Very clean town home behind Lane Stadium. You can walk to Lane, VT campus, Center Street and downtown. Only downside was mattresses were too hard for us. Highly recommend!

Please note that this very well maintained townhouse is close to a lot of student housing. So, you will see and hear parties. But not enough to disturb your stay. And even so - the neighbors - specifically the college girls in the last unit on the other end, were so nice and helpful. Any question we had, they were so informative and considerate. They went out of their way to be neighborly. Especially Madison - ask her for anything! But the location of this town home can't be beat. Short walk to Lane stadium and 3/4 mile walk to Cabo or other places on Main Street. The townhouse is clean, very inviting and functional. I would definitely stay there again.

In Blacksburg for CAA swim meet. Condo was perfect size for 2 families. Very clean. Convient to all local areas. Justin the owner was super helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again if we have have size group.

We moved out son into VT this weekend. The property was very close to the campus and down town. It was clean and had everything we needed. Brought our younger two sons, this gave us a place to relax and hang out with plenty of space. We would definitely return on a future visit.

We couldn't have been happier with our condo rental last week. We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect location for us and had all of the ameneties we wanted/needed. We'll definitely be back!

We booked this apartment in hopes VT would let people into the games by now, but with Covid we fully understand why they didn’t. We still enjoyed our time to the fullest! The location was amazing, we walked everywhere! Quite, stocked with everything you need and the perfect amount of space for 4 people. We will be returning!

This townhome exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and had so much room. Having the big garage was also helpful as it was pouring down rain for the recent graduation and we were able to store all of our belongings there and never got wet. There was parking for four cars so we walked everywhere. The home overlooked beautiful grounds and had a deck perfect for afternoon appetizers. The location couldn't be best as we walked to the stadium as well as downtown. Justin was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. This is a five star home all around-a true home away from home.

Everything went smoothly from reservation to departure. The townhouse is comfy, cozy and clean. We didn’t cook at all but there is as array of pots, pans etc. location is 1 minute from VT so served us well as we were moving our son out. Will be staying here again if it is available :)

This is a great unit for a weekend getaway. We were visiting our son at Tech and was able to park our car and walk to everything. We've stayed here on a couple of occasions and it always feels like home. If you're looking for a place to stay in Blacksburg this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for parents weekend at Virginia Tech. Location could not be more perfect. The condo is incredibly clean with very nice amenities. We loved having a place our whole family could hang out in together. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for wonderful accommodations that is close to VT and downtown Blacksburg, VA this Condo is ideal. Everything was perfect!! You are literally a stone's throw from Lane Stadium and an easy 5-10 minute walk to Downtown. The condo has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the owner is quick to respond to any questions you might have. 5 stars across the board!! There is not a hotel in the area that can match the accommodations and access to campus and downtown.

Thank you for letting us rent your condo - it was AWESOME! We came to Blacksburg to watch our daughters play softball (GT vs VT) - go Jackets! My husband and I, with another couple, rented your condo for the weekend - it was perfect! The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and comfortable! Much better than staying in a hotel! We were visiting my Hokie taking summer classes, and this 2BR TH was perfect for 2 adult and 3 children. (There are 2 sets of stairs, so may need baby gates for really young children.) I can only imagine how convenient this would be during the school year, for parents weekends and game weekends.

We loved staying steps away from campus, downtown and the Huckleberry Trail. Accommodations were lovely--great kitchen to cook for my college student. Highly recommend! Hope we can visit again for a football game.

Great kitchen, 2 queen beds, 2 good flights of stairs (not necessarily for the handicapped or folks who have trouble climbing stairs), a great deck, 2 good bathrooms - we loved our stay and it was perfect for us! The garage is super clean and it is awesome to pull a car in and have a garage door opener! The small deck off the back was a great place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day! We will be coming back!

We stayed in this nice and comfortable condo when visiting Virginia Tech. It was clean , spacious, and perfect for my husband, son and I. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go in Blacksburg, including restaurants and the VA Tech campus. We will definitely be back!
