The view is beyond amazing. The room was clean and the bathroom had nice features. The breakfast was excellent. I did buy extras which contributed to that. The staff are lovely, very accommodating.
A small fridge and microwave would be great.

I really enjoyed staying here, the staff was very welcoming and assisted with any request we had.
The view of Grand Anse Beach was truly fantastic.
The continental breakfast was great along with the add on's like eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.
Our room was very clean from the first day we arrive to the last day we left. Good job by the cleaning staff.
These are more observations than dislikes:
Transport is recommended if you want to move around the more freely, the distant is a little far from the main road.
(They do offer a daily shuttle service to the beach though).
The mini fridge should have been inside the room, but it wasn't much of an issue for us.

Beautifully located at the top of the hills, overlooking the coast tip of the island and sea.
Everything was in perfectly good working order.
Everything was clean, comfortable and flawless.
The outside pool wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and there was a build up of insects and Debris.
This is an outside pool that needs to be cleaned daily or every other day!

The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Donald at the front desk helped with directions to the facility prior to our arrival. The hosts in the kitchen were friendly and accommodating as well. The food choices were healthy and tasted good with adequate portions. The bathroom was modern and immaculate. We Slept well, The bed and linen were great. Very clean establishment 💯
Getting to the hotel was a bit challenging, but once there most things were ok. Needs a full length mirror, appropriate plug for bedside lamps and better internet connection. Parking grounds can use an upgrade.

The member of staff that greeted us at reception was lovely - she gave us all the information we needed and showed us to our room.
The room was really nice with a fantastic view of the beach below.
The pool area is really nice too - they look after the pool very well and the loungers are comfortable with another great view.
The breakfast is basic but nice so I have no complaints there.
The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but it does mean that you get spectacular views. And, although steep, it is still walkable if you’re able-bodied and have a reasonable level of fitness. If not, a taxi isn’t expensive on the way up or the hotel does offer a shuttle service (although we didn’t use it).
My only real complaint is the breakfast staff / pool area staff who (apart from the lovely young woman on our final day) never greeted us, never smiled, and made us feel like they didn’t want us there.
One of them played loud videos on their phone and made video calls constantly when we were trying to relax by the pool. I did ask her to turn it down and my request was this obviously not appreciated. It really put me off returning, to be honest.
Other tiny little things but not really complaints:
It would be good to have a fridge in every room. Having to share was quite difficult because the family in the room close to where the fridge was situated thought it was theirs.
A drying rack for clothes would be useful. My pants blew off the balcony and ended up in the pool one day!
Our room was listed as having tea/coffee making facilities but it didn’t have any of that - you had to go down two flights of stairs to get a coffee and then it was usually cold anyway.

We did not take breakfast. We thought that breakfast should have included free essentials like eggs could have been also free.
The bathroom needs to be refurbished. There was a hole behind the toilet that allowed mosquitoes to enter. The floorboards were also loose.

Small hotel, nice view and pool.
The maid was the only member of staff who seemed to care about her job and went to effort to make your stay lovely - everyone else acted like they hated their job.
Customer service was awful, staff act like you are a nuisance. We asked for an early breakfast (starts at 8am, we asked for it at 7:30) because we were going diving that morning, it was also my partners birthday so we had asked for champagne glasses to be set for breakfast. At 7:30, nothing was laid out, the staff member that day was rude and set up every empty table before us, we ended up leaving without breakfast as we were going to be late for diving.
The continental breakfast which is included with the room is just toast, butter and cereal and fruit. It is below average, you could pay to get a cooked breakfast but we didn’t bother.
For what we paid, this hotel is not worth it, not good value for money, wish we had stayed somewhere else. Get a nicer hotel with better customer service closer to Grand Anse beach.

Hidden gem. Amazing views.
Took us a bit to figure out how to get there.

The staff was all friendly, the hotel was spacious, clean & tidy and breakfast was nice 👌 🇬🇩

The view is beautiful and the staff was very friendly (albeit not able to help much).
I was overcharged and property refused to refund me the amount overcharged. Room was not as advertised. Room had a door to shared balcony with no lock (security concern). Location is very inconvenient if you plan to go out and explore.

Stunning view overlooking Grand Anse Beach / Beautifully decorated house with a fantastic design / Exceptional pool facility overlooking the area / High cleanliness in both facilities and rooms / Very spacious suites / Attentive and friendly staff
Complimentary breakfast offerings are relatively basic, and additional options are only available at an additional cost / Other room amenities are also very limited (e.g., only a soap bar and hand soap; no shampoo) which does not match the price level / Suite lacked a dedicated workspace such as a desk if you need to work / Uphill location of the hotel makes a vehicle a requirement if you want to remain flexible and independent in discovering the vicinity / Limited facilities available within walking distance

The views were magnificent overlooking Grenada’s most beautiful beach. Donell went out of his way to help us.
The location was very high up, initially difficult to find, and very challenging to drive to. The bathroom was small and could you some sprucing up.

Scary top hill to get here

Der Blick auf die Bucht kann nicht dafür entschädigen, was langläufig als Frühstück bezeichnet wird. Dinner an Sylvester einfach grausam. Gleiches gilt für die Speisung am Morgen.
Mahlzeiten grausam.

The location is brilliant if you want the night life, shops/supermarkets and the beach is right on their doorstep (15min walk). The staff are very very nice and made us feel welcome and catered to our every need. A free shuttle is in place, depending on where your going, our room had A/C and a fan, so a choice of keeping cool. We had a room with a balcony and the view was breathtaking...

The place is amazing, beautiful, well located, nice view and VIP treatment. The staff truly get to know you and are extremely helpful. I want to send a special thanks to Donnel Cadore because I was unable to make the trip do to issues with visa and he was able to help me with that and allowed me to not missed my trip. They are super nice, provided shuttle service to me during my stay and they are very attentive to every person who is in the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for helping me feel safe.
NOTHING TO DISLIKE. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING

Bay House was exceptionally clean. It has a most perfect view, overlooking Grand Anse. The staff was also superb! Every single, one of them!
I had the pleasure in meeting Lottie as well who was super accommodating to all my concerns.
I loved that the pools were clean and could be used at any time!
Much love 💕

The plugs didn't all work as they were European styled.

The location, the veranda overlooking the bay and the lush vegetation. Bay House is loaded with character. A home away from home.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable.
It may have just been unfortunate timing but they were hosting a wedding upon our arrival after a long international flight. Having asked us if we’d like dinner (before arriving) this was served cold on a makeshift table in a corridor. Breakfast was not available due to them still clearing up after the night before. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room

I love the view and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did I mention the view.. perfect!
Location is great for the view but the journey to get there. The hills, the fear of falling off the small roads.
7.0
The room and view were both beautiful. The hotel is open, airy and provided a peaceful start to our vacation.
The bed was large (superking) and there was plenty of space.
It is still under construction, but the noise only bothered us briefly and on one occasion.
A car is recommended as the hotel is located up a hill that I could never see myself climbing, but in saying this, Grand Anse beach is roughly 25mins walk away, so not too bad when going down.
I think the hotel will be great when fully completed, but it's falling short of the requested price point at this time.
If I had written this review the day I left, it would have rated higher, but following a stay at a similarly priced hotel in Lance aux Epines, I found Bay House to be a little disappointing.
The breakfast is buffet style, but there are no hot plates to keep the food warm, so not only is it super basic, it's cold daily. I would personally recommend operating an al la carte breakfast until, the hotel is fully operational and a hot buffet breakfast can be supported.
For 15USD per person, per day- it's simply not worth it.
The final bill priced the room at 50USD more than what I booked it for on booking.com, so I would recommend double checking the bill alongside your booking confirmation. I think it was a genuine oversight, but obviously not appreciated.

beautiful view, nice decor, lovely staff
difficult to get to as on top of a very steep hill. no shuttles although the staff were happy to offer lifts if they were going places.
