I think the most important thing that isn’t made clear in the Vrbo description is that this property is owned and managed by a resort and not an individual. So if you have questions about the property or during the booking process you will be put in contact with whatever resort employee is working at the time.
Pros: condo was clean and as pictured. Location is convenient and close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Free shuttle to/from the beach.
Cons: cash only parking fee that is not disclosed until 30 days before the trip (when it’s too late to be refunded).
Kitchen is not fully equipped if you plan on prepping and cooking your meals.
Pool was supposed to be open “sunrise to sunset” but was actually closed until 4pm everyday. This was a major disappointment for our kids.
Slow/not enough elevators.
A/C only seems to work in the bedroom with the double beds.
The resort website brags about a fancy restaurant, market and cafe that don’t exist.

Takes absolutely forever to get in touch with the property manager or anyone remotely helpful if you have ANY issues with the property. Not only that but they charge extra if you need any amenities like towels or shampoo/conditioner etc and when we asked to contact housekeeping we were met with no communication yet again. Thankfully the unit was fine but this "hotel" is an absolute scam and the front desk people are absolutely NO HELP!! I REPEAT save yourself the trouble and MAKE SURE you received a confirmation email about the booking. Had so many issues trying to get into contact with the "property host" or "manager" who I'm sure didn't even exist...

Check in process is smooth once you get through the small and crowded lobby. The crowd is a mix current stayers passing in and out of the building and those waiting to check in. The staff a the desk weren’t helpful or kind.
The elevator situation is a disaster. Only two elevators for 27 floors. Wait time at check in with your bags and in my case also groceries that were delivered. The elevators were an issue the entire stay. Excessively long wait times most of the day. The gentleman who was assisting at the elevator was very helpful and patient.
The continuous scent of weed in the hallways and on balcony was horrible! At one point the hallway is so saturated with that smell it had made its way into our room.
After checking in at 4pm and waiting for an elevator we get our rooms. We have a luggage cart for six and groceries for 6 people for 3-4 days so a lot of items. We get the room and notice that the doors are slightly open with the lock that hinges. Open the door to see that the rooms had not been cleaned.
The person I spoke with was pleasant and prompt to get the crew to clean. So there all 6 us and our luggage and groceries sat and Ackwardly waiting almost two hours use our spaces. The rooms were still dirty after the cleaning crew had left. The bedding was gross and had hair in the bed. We washed those. Not enough garbage bags, hand towels, wash clothes or foot towel for outside of showers. We had to go buy towels and garbage bags. We were ate 2 meals daily there
