About this apartment rental

Our condo is located near beach mile marker #3 with a private walkway to the beach from complex. The brand new décor comes with worry-free furnishings which include linens, brand new AC/ Heat, new granite counters throughout, galley style kitchen with pantry and new appliances, microwave, standard coffee maker and a Keurig. Dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining table has seating for 6. The open floorplan has plenty of seating in the living room with 2 couches, a large screen TV, cable and Wifi. The master bedroom (BR1) has a Queen size bed, nightstands (built in USB chargers), chest, closet, wall-mounted TV and private access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has 2 Queen beds, nightstand (built in USB charger) a set of Twin bunk beds, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a tile shower with a glass door. Sip your morning coffee on the back balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy the property amenities such as the shared pool, picnic tables, basketball court, playground, pickleball court (rackets available at office) and there are several charcoal grills (charcoal not provided) around the complex.

This place is nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The A/C worked great. The locations is great because it is walking distance from the beach about 8 minutes or so. If you do walk to the beach make sure to bring mosquito repellent. Pros: -Walking distance to beach -Soft sheets and comfortable beds -Pool available -Reserved Parking Space -Easy Check-in -Spacious for a family of 7 including an infant -Staff On-Site (Sea Ilse Village) is extremely friendly and helpful Cons: -No condiments available (usually salt and pepper available in other places we've stayed in) OveralI would rent again.

Linda was very nice and accommodating! The condo was very clean, cute and plenty of room for our 5 teenagers and my husband and I. Beds were very comfortable and came with all the amenities we needed. The condo had a large pool and easy access to the beach. Loved it!

This property was perfect for our trip. Great location and close proximity to beach, restaurant and gift shops. Plenty of room for family, and rooms were ideal for family. Kids loved the shower in their bathroom, and were in and out of there constantly. Kids also loved Coffee Waves down the street so if you have any coffee lovers definitely recommend making at least one trip there.

We had no issues. Condo was nice & clean and the property was relatively quiet. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc were provided. We will most likely return soon!

We had a nice relaxing visit, the playground and pool would have been great but mosquitoes were the size of hummingbirds and literally waiting as soon as you step out your door unfortunately. The condo suited us perfectly for cooking in and sleeping!

The house has a great location and was very clean. I am used to a VRBO providing coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and a sponge for the dishes. This property didn’t have any of that and so we had to go buy some. The pans are a little worn down and the TP was very thin. Just some small things I would change.

Great stay! Walk way tot he beach is a big plus. Condo is cute, clean, quiet. Plenty of towels which is not always the case. Pool was clean and wonderful. We loved it!

Our first time in Port A. Great condo in an older complex. Very clean, nice amenities. Beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Nice clean pool. A little walk to the beach, might be a little tougher on older people since they have to get over the dunes, but just as easy for them to drive around the block and get there by car. Loved our stay there. Loved Port Aransas.

Booked online, received an email confirmation from Paul, then got another email with all of the information I needed for my stay. Easy, simple, and stress free! 5 minute walk, tops, from door to beach. Condo kitchen was well stocked and there were extra chairs, boogie boards, and toys. Only negative in my opinion were the firm beds. I tossed and turned.

I've been going to Port A for over 20 years now, and this was a nice rental property. Very clean, had everything one could need, loved the drying hooks everywhere, cable and Netflix, beach toys and boogie boards in the closet, lots of towels, comfy beds. This complex has a super nice pool, and this rental has a great balcony overlooking the pool, which is lighted at night and makes for a nice evening of porch sitting!! Although we had little ones this trip and drove our ton of stuff to the beach, it's an easy walk over the dune, with a fresh water shower in a great location on the path. Thanks to the owner and management for another nice summer trip to the beach!

My family and I visited for about a week and were very happy with the condo. It is a little older but well taken care of and was very clean. I especially liked all the little conveniences that you don't think about but realize you need, like the hooks on the balcony to dry out our bathing suits at the end of the day, lots of videos and games and Netflix for downtime and plenty of towels. We brought our own beach toys and boogie boards but if we hadn't there were some there for us to use as well. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing too inconvenient and the beach was super fun for all of us. Nice size waves so the kids had lots of fun with the boogie boards. The pool was also fun and never too crowded, everyone was respectful and followed the curfew rules. As for Port Aransas in general it is a really fun little island with lots of different and interesting restaurants to try. We went to the park by the bay and saw dolphins swimming in the bay and it looked like there were some fun cruises but we were so busy playing on the beach that we didn't have a chance to take one. I would definitely recommend this condo, it was a great location and perfect for our vacation. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions I had and provided everything we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as shown in te pictures, and a great home base for our family. We were delighted by the direct access to the beach, and used the many body boards,water toys and beach chairs daily. We loved the ferry ride and bottlenosed dolphins alongside the ferry on each trip. For day trips, we went to the USS Lexington, Corpus Aquarium, and the Aransas Wildlife Refuge. We also tried out pier fishing at Red Dot, who outfitted us with poles, tackle and bait.

My friends and i just left this place and I have to say it was beyond what we were expecting! was super clean when we got in and it was very well stocked easy access to the beach and the management at the complex was beyond nice and helpful! will Defiantly try to get this place again next year! My family and I have stayed at Sea Isle ( any many other places in Port Aransas) for the past 25 years and I must say that my stay here has been the best. The condo was neat and clean and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed! Games, a Wii, boogy boards, chairs and even sand toys!!! The maintenance man personally came by to greet us and offer any assistance should we need it. The owner was so helpful as well. I could not be any more pleased... my family will make this condo our regular destination in Port A from now on!!!!

we had a wonderful time in port aransas! the condo was very homey and comfortable for the most part. unfortunately, the bedroom with one bed stayed relatively warm.. the other room was freezing which i liked...other than that it was a super stay with my girls and honey, had a blast in the pool too. would definitely recommend it

Our trip to Port A was great. The condo was well stocked for cooking and looked just as nice as all the pictures showed. Beach access was nice as well as the showers to wash sand off when heading back to the condo. We would highly recommend staying here, and will likely stay again sometime ourselves.

Great condo with a great location to the beach and to town! Just a quick walk over the dunes to the beach! Large and roomy unit with everything we needed. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the lots of extras in the condo like the wii, dvd collection, sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Will definitely stay again!
