We offer you the penthouse where you will find yourself surrounded by rich sky blue tones, where you can spend your long-awaited vacation with a views from the ocean reflected right in your apartment.
Modern new building with two private pools, cabanas and breathtaking views will take you to an absolutely fantastic state of mind. Ideal for groups of friends & families looking for a high-end Florida destination. As well as for a romantic break to spend with the loved ones.

The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with an HD TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.

Beautifully furnished master bedroom includes one King Size bed with a walk-in closet/drawers and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom includes two queen size beds with private closet, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony with an astonishing city and ocean view.

All bedrooms have TVs, so you can enjoy your favorite glass of wine under the cool AC after a sunny day.

The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses and cutleries. You can start your beautiful morning with self-made cup of coffee at the terrace.

BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee) conveniently located 5 minutes away from the resort (included in resort fee and located NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING).

During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly.

Resort will place hold on $250.00 as security deposit.

Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited.

This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

PETS - welcome up to 20lb. Additional fee and security deposit required. Please contact us to add your pet to reservation.

Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.

Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using the resort amenities.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
