Cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a gated private driveway for four cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Note: There is a step to the exterior of the property. Note: The owners live next door. Please note this property will be pet friendly from 14/04/24.Note: From 28th April 2024 the property will accept 1 well behaved dog

Leek is adjacent to Gawsworth Hall, Buxton Opera House, and Three Shires Head, where the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire, and Staffordshire converge. It is also a short drive from Alton Towers.
