Really enjoyed our stay!

Had everything we needed. Amazing welcome with fruit, wine etc. stunningly decorated, beautiful linen, spotless, friendly. Pool area was amazing to just relax at on the hot days after shopping/exploring Cannes.

We had an excellent stay, everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to stay again.

Beautiful recent renovation, secure and quiet. Wonderful private gardens and shared pool area. Convenient to Cannes but just outside of the main shopping area so it is not noisy outside. Alain was a wonderful host providing a great check-in experience, we would have no hesitation to stay again and to recommend to friends & family.

Great short stay - quiet retreat in a very busy town.

Excellent location for Cannes waterfront promenade and marina. Beautiful pool and common area.

Parking is across road - not on site. As an apartment it needs a laundry and dishwasher.

Lovely, stylish place to stay in Cannes.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and stylish. High quality linens and towels. Very nice architectural design and details throughout the property. The pool was nice and quiet. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and market. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Perfect Apartment in Cannes

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and easy to find. The owners are quick to reply, super-helpful and the area has all basic amenities nearby. Including a Supermarket, pharmacy and Boulangerie. The room itself has wonderful air conditioning which was needed in that heat. A large fridge, balcony and beautiful bathroom. The pool shimmers like a mermaid with its beautiful tiles. Upon arrival and departure the hosts did all they could to make our stay more comfortable. I will book again!

Amazing stay, short walk from the boulevard.

Perfectly situated with just a short walk to the boulevard. This house is just amazing. The decor is luxurious and well put together. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is spacious and has a great outdoors. Our future stays in Cannes will for sure be here.

Beautiful property, wish we could live here!

Beautiful property and garden with a perfect swimming pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing lounging by the pool watching the beautiful buildings and trees (wifi was great too). The apartment was very chic and modern. And clean!! The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our children (age 12 and 14) and the terrace was the nicest ever. Huge, with dining table and sofa corner and a large awning that protected against the sun. The kitchenette area was equipped with everything needed to make lighter meals and dishes etc were of high standards. You can tell by the thought through quality of everything and stylish details of this place that a lot of effort lies behind the renovation. We just loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alain, the owner, was very accommodating, super nice and present whenever we wanted to ask anything. Excellent communication throughout booking, checking in etc. You will also receive a curated guide to Cannes before checking in. There are so many nice touches about this place, such as rosé wine and fruit when checking in. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes, and just a short walk to the Croisette and shopping area. It was perfect for us. Can’t recommend Maison Carla Rosa enough, and many thanks to Alain for making our stay so great!!

Boutique Barbie Dreamhouse

Really lovely property! Alain was so accommodating and readily available for anything we needed. The property is a 10-12 minute walk to the oceanside. There’s a Carrefour City and a nice little Italian cafe perfect for morning coffees just down the road. I would happily stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic and can’t wait to be able to visit again soon.

The property is fantastic. Beautifully decorated with great interior design and modern features. The pool and garden areas are luxurious.

Unfortunately there are roadworks ongoing outside the property which did prevent us from sitting on the terrace due to the noise. Fortunately the pool and garden area were far quieter, so our trip wasn’t spoiled by the roadworks.

It's a beautiful place, new and all that. A little far from the city center if you go to Cannes for the film festival and also old town area but it is near the beach you can walk to the public beach but it's not that big tho. 2 coffee shops and in the area but just a basic bakery, near a supermarket so you can buy a lot of stuff you need for a long stay. For breakfast, They give me a croissant and baguette in a paper bag with orange juice, but I get it maybe it's complimentary? I don't know if they have a formal breakfast room or not. But I only got 2 croissants (only once) for the entire week's stay. Beautiful big terrace and a nice cute garden is a bonus that makes me feel a little better about the place.

I stay there for 8 days during the Cannes Film Festival. They don't clean my room for me, I am not really sure if it states in the service or not, but I found it a little bit funny that they give me some plastic bags filled with cleaning amenities instead, such as trash bags and some dishwasher sponge. I don't even have little brooms to clean my floor. It's a newly open hotel, I was there when the sign for the hotel hasn't even up yet, so a lot of service is tacky and also just not ready (this is me being considerate) maybe a lot of things may change already.

Exceptional

The facilities are brand new, modern, and recently renovated. Huge terrace with a nice view complements the property. The villa is located on a calm street close to the beach and shopping area. Pleasant and welcoming host.
