About this house rental

This 2,400 square foot townhouse is in gated community, built in 2020. Stay in the Parker Strip area situated between the Keys and the golf course, just minutes from Foxes and Roadrunner. Two car garage is deep enough for your rails, watercraft or small boat. Public boat launch is just minutes away with beach access only 0.1 mile away at the BLM day use area. After enjoying a day on the river enjoy the house with high-speed internet (wi-fi and wired), smart television, and cable TV. Amazing stay we had at this beautifully decorated new townhome in Parker. Adjacent to the water, easy access to the Circle K store down the street for Gas and kitchen provisions. Great proximity to town and super close to Whiskey River Saloon/Restaurant (absolute must). The house was very roomy, very clean, well decorated, well equipped with every kitchen item, games, toilettries, everything you would need. Like staying a top of the line hotel. And really cold AC! We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

The house inside is immaculate. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a very nice sitting area outback. I can’t say nothing but great things about the interior of the house. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired. There’s trucks and side-by-side all over the place, sometimes blocking the driveway. We didn’t have to work from here thankfully, but the Internet is extremely slow. I don’t know if it would be enough to have a zoom call if you were trying to work. We had a heckuva time even streaming a basketball game. The Last night an alarm outside in a car or something was going off for hours earplugs took care of it, but that was annoying. The neighborhood is under construction but that wasn’t a big deal. It was more of the big trucks, blocking everything and having to jockey around the stuff. Always having a back out of the driveway down the street in reverse. We could never just turn around backing out of the garage. Maybe when all the construction is done this will get better but the two trucks right in front of the driveway never moved the entire weekend. And no workers were seen so they have to be residence.

Condo was clean and well stocked, perfect for 4-6 people, 3 couples. Main bedroom suite is huge. Beds 2 and 3 are Jack and Jill so if you're unrelated it *might be an issue. Kitchen clean and well stocked, nice outdoor area which is not fenced so you might make friends with the next door vacationers. Condo complex was quiet overall but the driveway area was quite congested with construction trucks when we were there. 2 midsized SUVs fit in the garage so it wasnt a problem. Very clean,comfortable and user friendly with light switches marked etc. Excellent host communication. RECOMMEND. We'll be back.

Absolutely beautiful property. Great communication and quick responses. Our kids loved the little outdoor patio area. We have stayed at many rentals and both my husband and I said it was one of the most comfortable. The bed in the master was amazing. Loved everything the kitchen was supplied with. A lot of thought went into it. We will definitely look into staying here again.

This home was the perfect place to book for our group of friends who were visiting us in Parker, AZ. We needed a home that could accommodate a total of 10 people comfortably. This beautiful home did just that! We all had beds to sleep in (2 out of the 5 beds are air mattresses - but great quality ones). Plenty of food/drink options nearby! With circle K down the street for a quick restock of ice/gas if needed. We all enjoyed our stay and cooking dinners in the spacious kitchen. We would definitely rebook “River Fun” again!

David was super accessible and his home was very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. There was even spices and condiments for cooking. A very comfortable place to stay, close to everything you need in Parker and only 15 minutes from the CA side of the river if you have friends or family staying on that side. There is a public boat launch just down the street if you are bringing any toys with you, so having a place with a dock right on the river isn’t absolutely necessary. We highly reccomed this home.

Can’t say enough about the property. Home is beautiful with everything we needed for a long holiday weekend. Excellent location next to the water. 5 min drive to pirates den.
