The property was perfect for our family of 9! We spent a lot of time on the deck in between attending a wedding in Fayetteville. It was close to the airport to pick up family as well. The host was quick to answer questions. Loved being in the woods and away from the city. We wnjoyed the quuet! We would love to stay again in a future trip!

Is a beautiful home. Beautiful covered deck. Interior pics do not do it justice. Beds are extremely comfortable, and sofas are the softest sofas we had ever sat on. Great communication with the owner. Was very helpful. Will definitely rent again.

The house worked great for our family. Plenty of space. Nice kitchen to cook in and a big table for family meals. Easy access to the water.

We had such a great time on our family vacation! The house was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view from the large deck. The hosts were super nice and accommodating! Cant wait to go back in August!!

The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners. The deck, patio, and fenced yard were perfect for our dogs. There is a short walk down to the water from the house and the entrance into the water is sloped making it easy to get in and out of the boat. Only downside was that we had to leave the boat trailer at the ramp because there wasn't a good place to park it so bring a hitch lock. But honestly that is not a big deal because the ramp is only a few minutes down the road. The house is also close to town so quick runs to the store are easy. We had a wonderful weekend and loved the house!

We had the bad luck to be staying our first night in the Fox Den during the recent tornado that hit Rogers. Due to electricity being down for an unknown period, we left early.
That said, the owner was very attentive and prompt to any questions! The home was clean and nicely furnished, comfy beds.

This location was great for our family including 8 year old twins and our 15 year old son. We had more than enough room for everyone to have their space and also come together for family time. The deck and patio are huge and we enjoyed outdoor time on both. The playground and fenced backyard were definitely a bonus. Being 10 minutes from a grocery store was also nice as it made getting food a breeze. It was an extremely nice and quite little neighborhood located at Beaver Lake.

Nice and roomy. No lack of beds or baths for our group of 7. Big kitchen, great deck. Only wish we had visited in the spring/summer/early fall as the surrounding area would be beautiful with all of the trees and lake view. Lots of breweries to visit in Rogers, too.

We rented this home for a quick family weekend trip to see the Hogs. The house is very pretty and we had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The drive to Razorback stadium wasn’t too far and worked out great. The owners are very communicative. You will enjoy your stay @ this property especially if it’s in the summer and just going on a lake trip. Lots of games and outside space.

We were in the area for our nephew's wedding and thanks to the owners we were allowed to host a small brunch get-together the day after the ceremony. The place was perfect for my brother and his wife, my sister, and my husband and I to stay. We each had a room and bathroom, lots of common area for gathering, and beautiful yard. We were disappointed that the water level behind the property was low but we could see a sliver of it behind the trees. Not a lot of parking available in the area either but it worked for us. Would highly recommend.

It was the perfect place to stat for us. Our oldest daughter got married over the weekend and it was the best place to relax and visit with the family that all stayed.

Awesome place.

The game room was very unexpected, however we spent most of our time outside either on the deck or dock. The weather was to nice to stay in the house. I heard about Beaver Lake and how beautiful it was and it did not disappoint us. The group tries to get together 1 once a year for a get away and this will be a repeat place.
Thanks for a wonderful time.

This was a great place to stay with kids and had plenty of room. Very close to the lake and a nice marina where we rented a pontoon boat.

Our family and friends had a great time. The kids enjoyed air hockey and foosball during their downtime at the house. We could access Beaver Lake with kayaks and paddle boards from the backyard. The fenced backyard was convenient for our dogs.
The house and location are perfect for easy access to Rogers and Beaver Lake.

Great space for family gatherings and honestly the most comfortable and biggest couch ever in the family room space, perfect for movie nights and family gatherings.
The location is also great and the water is easily walkable. The lake was quite low so it's not as close as some of the pictures may make it seem but I think that really depends on the time of year.
The only critique that I have is that the house is almost unfinished? A few doors are missing doorknobs, cupboards are missing drawer pulls, the shower rail in one of the bathrooms kept falling, and the aircon in the downstairs was always freezing cold. The other really main problem was that the tv didn't have any kind of built-in netflix or any streaming services so be prepared with a laptop and hdmi cable in order to watch anything on the big screen.
Overall a great stay, just a few minor, manageable things.

Our group of 12 stayed for 5 nights. It is a lovely home with ample space for everyone. The little kids loved the play set out back and the close proximity to the lake for their exploring. Adults loved the game room. The kitchen was very well stocked as we cooked most of our meals at the house. The home is recently updated with nice furniture. Beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Our son was visiting U of A from out of state, so we decided to make into a mini vacay and used this beautiful home as our launching spot!
The house is beautiful! The parents made the entrance area our landing spot - has two very comfortable seating areas and a well stocked and beautiful kitchen. The master bedroom was so comfortable and cozy with a great bathroom. We also enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the fireflies and water.
Our two teen boys loved the lounge downstairs and playing shuffleboard, air hockey, and more! The boys used the entry level queen with bathroom and basement level king as their bedrooms, which gave them a nice resort feel. They also enjoyed the lower level patio.
For larger and younger families, wow, the bunkroom would also be handy.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the restaurants nearby and Rogersville itself - all were fabulous that we frequented. We had a blast renting jetskis that were super close to the rental. Definitely highly recommend.
If our son ends up going to U of A, we'll be back! :)

Our group of 9 stayed for 4 nights. The house is clean and very spacious. It appears to have been recently remodeled and done well. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio is lovely and roomy for all of us. The couple of questions we had, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We loved our time there and hope to return again in the future!

We loved staying at William's home. It was clean and well taken care of. We had a plumbing issue the first night, I messaged William and it was taken care of the next day. The only reason I took away a star was because of the boat tie up. It was located quite a ways from the water and we could not get our large boat into the cove near the house or even close to the boat tie up that was advertised in the listing. It was a great place for our family and friends to get together for the week. We loved the deck and the backyard!

Very nice and clean. Everything worked well and access to the lake was great. Convenience stores, gas, alcohol was all a short drive

The home has great furniture and a wonderful layout! We really enjoyed the games downstairs, and the kitchen is really well stocked! We did have a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond and I'm sure he has handled everything already. We would definitely stay here again!
