Excellent location in the old town. Very close to beach and other tourist attractions. Hotel is very comfortable, clean, quiet, with AC. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Fully recommend it.

The room - practically a cave - didn’t even have a window. Unbelievable (and very possibly illegal).

Perfect location within the old town, easy to find and short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Very comfortable and great value for money would certainly recommend and return in future.

Personal were vey friendly, but they are not in hotel most of the time, the room is smelling, matras is not omfortable, sheett is not changes. ı stayed 4 days no one changed,. air conditioner has problem sometimes working sometimes not working.. towels are not changed during 4 days. hostel is better condition than this hotel. thank you

Room is quite small and during night there was a problem because Aircondition didn't work, so there was the lack of air in the room. Good thing is, that there was a window which helped a lot with some fresh air. Otherwise it was ok.

Staff were helpful, but not always available. We were supposed to be met from our taxi, but this did not happen. We found the hotel using Google maps and were let into the hotel by another guest, where we had to wait for the manager to check us in. Small, but pleasant room with tea and coffee. Hard bed. Very well placed for old town and ferry. Doubts about security. Cheap and good value.

Friendly reception staff - but room very small and room service(changing sheets and towels) every two days only (why not put under hotel description?).....and as in Old Town music around all night

Good value for money! Great location, right at the old town. Just 5 minutes walk to the port. Nice roof top area for a nightcap. Washroom a bit old, might need improvement. It is advisable to make prompt arrangement with the reception on your check in time as she might not be at premises.

Hotel room was nicely decorated and spacious, useful to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The air conditioning worked and came in very handy! Bed had been broken and not fixed particularly well so creaked. On the last night there were 2 cockroaches in the room which we needed to remove (please note it was a very warm day). Roof terrace was lovely but had no shade so we only used it at night.

The pros : Great location and value for money... Standard size room. The minus : bad soundproofing and small bathroom. When you take a shower water splashes everywhere.

I wish to complain about this hotel. Despite me phoning hotels.com to be advised that reception was open until 12 midnight and my e mailing them to say I might be late I was locked out. I did arrive before midnight. I eventually gained access because I managed to attract attention of another person staying in the hotel who let me in. I the found a room which was unoccupied and not cleaned and found some clean bedding and slept in it, leaving for the boat to Symi before any staff had turned up at 8.30am. I want my money back and anyone arriving late be warned.

Location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel is charming. Rooms are nicely decorated although slightly small. Bathroom was so-so - functional but very small. Very good service from reception staff! Nice small garden, but too hot at this time of the year.

In this price category in a great location (side street, everything in walking distance) we did not expect a lot, just a clean bed and bathroom. But we were in for a VERY PLEASANT surprise!The owner did go out of his way multiple times (top Service and beyond), carried our luggage, made local phone calls for us and even chased us after our check out to let us know that our cab was 5 min. late! 5-Star service and on top a beautiful room, cold water in the fridge (for free!!) and access to tea and water 24/7 in the lobby. If you are looking for a cute hotel in a great location without unpleasant surprises, this is the place to go!!!
