Pleasant

Perfect Location in balchik Center 2min to the sea, 15min from center beach Balcony! Not a nice view but nice to sit outside even in the evening The room was quite Big

The bathroom was very small, the shower had no curtain and a size of 50x50cm which made it impossible to not flood the entire bathroom. The center of the bathroom had a drain which smelled a lot through the entire room. Rooms don’t have a water boiler and upon asking you are not allowed to use the one from The breakfast room during the day. The breakfast was very bad, very low quality food which is not enjoyable at all.

Good location and friendly stuff, very clean, spacious room, cute pool.

Forget about the free breakfast, it was awful, even the coffee was instant coffee, the bathroom was clean but it had a sewers smell coming out of drainage, the bed was very uncomfortable and extremely noisy, the lights were not by the bed, the balcony was very small and everyone could see in our room, the refrigerator froze everything we put in, WiFi only worked by the balcony. This was room 301.

The pool was nice and clean. Aircon was really nice and manage to cool and warm the room for 5-10mins.

The breakfast is same everyday. There was no clothes dryer on the terrace and the chairs there were a bit uncomfortable. There is no cellular connection no matter which company you use. Way too many people on single router, and it kick me every 5min.

Location is good.

There are plenty of things that I dislike in this hotel: 1. Bathroom was smelling really bad 2. The AC was not blowing cold it was working as a very loud PC Fan. 3. The balcony furniture was pretty dirty you cannot really sit on it. 4. The terraces are pretty close to one another and we were obliged to listen the neighbors loud conversations as we had to keep the balcony door open due to point 2 above. 5. They didn't troll the bin during the entire stay. 6. We had just a half roll of toilet paper and we didn't receive a new one, we had to ask for one. 7. It was pretty moldy. 8. The pillows, comfort rating could be set next to river rock. We choose it just because there wasn't anything else available in this area.

Air condition very old, broken, fixed on duct tape. Very poor breakfast.
