My family and I truly enjoyed staying at the house. It is close to everything - beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping. It's on the Manasquan inlet and the backyard view is amazing. We loved watching all the boats go by. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts left us some goodies, which we appreciated. The house was stocked with everything we needed, even toothbrushes and shampoo. We highly recommend this house and hope to be back! Thanks so much!

We stayed at the property with extended family, and it was a wonderful set up for adults and children! The bedrooms are set up so that there's a private section of the house perfect for parents with young kids--a king bedroom that overlooks the water, next to a room with two twin beds, with its own bathroom. There's another quiet bedroom across the lower floor of the house that's great for someone or a couple who wants some quiet space, and then three bedrooms upstairs, two of which are very big and one that is suitable for a child or teen. The dining room and living room comfortably sat all of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor tables, grill, and fire pit. Joe, the property manager, was friendly and very responsive -- he was in touch the morning of check-in and always texted back within minutes. The house was perfectly set up upon arrival, and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were extremely gracious, and let us dock a small boat on the property. Even the neighbors were friendly! It's a very short ride to the beach, and also the boardwalk and numerous waterfront restaurants. The older kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, and the younger kids had a blast playing in the sand and sprinkler. A 10/10 stay!

Fantastic house with plenty of room for our group of 16. The outdoor space is great. The welcome apple and blueberry pies, smores and snacks were greatly appreciated. We had a great time and will definitely rent again.

I booked this house with a group of family and friends while we were in town for a wedding in Belmar. Hotel options in the area were limited so we got a house and this place exceeded our expectations. We had 12 people and everyone had a bed, which were like nice hotel beds, not the cheap linens you see at most shore rentals. The house is great, very clean, high end furniture/beds, amenities, etc. Location is good, we biked to Manasquan beach a few times and could walk to multiple breakfast spots. But the highlight is the backyard and view of the river and Manasquan inlet which is incredible. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning was like therapy. The night after the wedding we sat around the fire pit alongside the creek and watched the stars, the bride and groom even came over to enjoy it with us. Overall a very cool house and unique setting, we plan to stay again during the summer for a week or two.

The pictures on line do not do this house justice! It is AMAZING! First, the view is spectacular! We had a rainy day and spent it staring at the boat traffic and wildlife - beautiful. Second, the house was spotless when we arrived. The refrigerator was so clean we thought it might be brand new. Plenty of room for the family to be inside on rainy days and an incredible amount of room outside to enjoy the seaside and all it has to offer. Wonderful amenities - kayaks; bikes; extra fridge in the garage; BBQ; comfortable outside furniture and firepit! Great communication with owner and manager. Welcome basket and thoughtful touches around the house like extra toothbrushes, shampoo and condition, plactic bags, etc. Everything you could want in a Jersey shore rental! We HIGHLY recommend this house.

This is one of those houses that are actually better in person than the photos. Although the house appears beautiful, it’s even better in person. The location is special because it’s right on the Manasquan inlet but one of the 5 houses protected by a grassy sandbar. This not picturesque and practical for riding the water toys the house comes with. The house itself if filled with high end furnishes. Large driveway for 6 cars. Plenty of parking on the street. A short bike ride from the bagel shop. Walking distance from the restaurants. It’s ideal for a vacation rental with the family and friends. The two sandy beaches give real beach vibes. One of my highlights was having coffee and drinks at the end of the dock and watching the boats go by. We will be renting again. Huge thank you to the host for your hospitality. VRBO done right.

This house was the exact answer to the vision I had months ago. I wanted to bring my nieces and nephews from Seattle, Atlanta, Baltimore, Brooklyn and Jacksonville all together for a week of family and fun. The week we spent was exactly what I wanted and it had lots to do with the fabulous house in Brielle. The house has unbelievable accommodations from cookware to laundry to beds and outdoor toys. And when something was needed the PM and owner were right on top of things Who would expect that a house would provide resources for S'Mores? Well this owner did and we had a blast around the firepit. Hope to return in a year or two.

We had the best long weekend at this beautiful home. The owners were accessible, helpful, and so nice!
The views from the deck are fantastic, and the little private beach was so convenient. The house was clean and there was plenty of room. The owners also left us some thoughtful welcome gifts which were greatly appreciated!
We had a family of 12, ages 1-80, and everyone loved it!
Thanks so much!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. At first we were skeptical about the listing because it was new and didn’t have any reviews. Then I spoke with the host after booking and learned this is the first season they’ll be renting the house and had just listed it on VRBO. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure the house was ready for us and that we could feel comfortable contacting them for any questions or issues (fortunately we didn’t have too).
Lots of great features about this property, too many to list but the location being close to restaurants, the beach, downtown Manasquan, and the backyard view are both pretty amazing in their own right. Inside was very comfortable and very clean, we joked we slept better here than we do in our own house. All of the bedding, kitchen-ware, etc was brand new which we liked. The "mini beach" and kayaks in the yard were a hit for my nephews.
One of the rooms has a dedicated space with a large desk with a computer monitor, which my girlfriend used to take a few zoom calls. Nothing fancy but a nice feature for a shore house that we didn’t expect but were pleasantly surprised by.
Overall lots of space, very comfortable and clean, great view, great location, attentive host. 5/5 for sure, we hope to be back again!

Our family had an incredible time at this shore house in Brielle. The view of the ocean and river from the backyard is incredible, my husband would drink his coffee sitting on the dock each morning. It was April so the river was too cold for us to go in but the lagoon it sits on would be good for kayaking or SUP in the summer.
The house is very big, we only had 6 of us staying and didn’t use any of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. It would be a good house for two families to share because there are 3 bedrooms including a master on each floor, so lots of privacy despite sharing a house.
The kitchen was stocked with everything – coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. which was nice because we got to spend more time enjoying the property rather than going out for things we need. We were able to cook a full dinner for 10 and had plenty of room for everyone in the dining room.
The house is on a very quiet residential street with lots of families. At times there were a lot of trucks from neighbors renovating/building but it wasn’t a problem because we only had 3 cars and the driveway probably could have fit 4-5+.
Overall the house exceeded our expectations and we created a lot of family memories during our time there. Thank you!!

My siblings and our spouses (6 of us total) rented the house and had an amazing, highly memorable experience. Firstly, the location and neighborhood can't be beat -- it's on the Manasquan River with ocean views, on a very quiet street, walking distance to the beach (15 min walk, 5 min bike) and very good restaurants in the area.
The house is older, but the furniture, bedding, supplies, etc. were high end, very comfortable bedding, and professionally decorated interior. We were one of the first families to rent the house and a lot of stuff was brand new. Most importantly, everything was very clean. Manager was very responsive, gave us good suggestions for local restaurants (we enjoyed dinner at La Mondina).
Highlight for us was waking up to the sunrise over the Manasquan Inlet each morning. The view from this house is the best there is at the shore. Also very cool to watch the inlet boat traffic from the back deck. We plan to stay again in the Summer and Fall.
