Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Sea Esta"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Situated in the sought after Country Club East neighborhood of Pebble Beach®, this fully updated single-level, 1900 sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath property sits on a large lot with front and rear patios. Located close to MPCC, the Inn at Spanish Bay, numerous golf courses and the Pacific Ocean.
This location is a perfect home base for exploring all around the Monterey Peninsula and up and down the central California Coast from Big Sur to Santa Cruz and beyond.
Two separate living spaces each with its own candle-lit decorative fireplace adds to the charm and sophistication of this home. New wide plank wood floors, completely updated interiors and bright, inviting living spaces welcome guests to the exclusive Pebble Beach® lifestyle.
Just off the living room is a large upper deck overlooking the back yard. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, you will be drawn outside. The lower level back patio makes for a nice outdoor destination on the property. The back yard is fenced.
Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped to craft in-home meals. The adjoining dining area seats 6. Gather around the table to make memories over shared meals and games.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms have new California King Beds and luxury linens.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination. Both bathrooms are completely updated with modern finishes and fixtures.
The garage has a laundry center with a utility sink, space to park 1-2 small vehicles and storage for your golf clubs. Off street parking is available in the driveway for 3-4 additional vehicles.

I stayed at this home for five nights while playing in a golf tournament. The house is absolutely lovely. Immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, very comfortable, well-stocked, and very quiet. It is located on a cul de sac in a woodsy neighborhood -- close to golf courses, beach, etc. etc. Communication from Sanctuary was excellent, via text, email and phone. I look forward to staying at this home again in the future!

The home was absolutely beautiful in the perfect location. It had everything we needed and was very clean. My only negative was the phone call I received on the first day from a gentleman who sounded a bit frustrated that we didn't call him to let us in the house stating he had been sitting outside the house waiting for us for a while to arrive as if we wasted a lot of his time. We have never done that before with any home we've rented and I did not see it on the check in instructions, so I was a bit thrown off and it left a bad feeling on myself all weekend that I had let someone down. I take pride in being a good guest which is why it bummed out my weekend. Otherwise, the property was perfect, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Our stay at Sea Esta was superb. From the terrific, easily accessible Pebble Beach location (even a bay "glimpse" from the kitchen) to the beautiful furnishings, we couldn't be more pleased. The house had everything we needed: superb cleanliness (no shoes!), plenty of space, comfortable beds, a well-supplied kitchen (dishes, utensils), plenty of towels, and laundry items. We loved walking the coastline every morning (a short 2 minute drive to beach parking) -- and even got to see a few whale spouts in the bay. We hope to stay longer next time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described and was safe for our two young sons (3.5, 1.5). Would definitely recommend for other families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. The house was very clean and we welcomed the no shoe and no pet policy. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. The sitting room provided the perfect place to relax and we enjoyed using the outdoor fire pit in the evening. Sea Esta is well located for exploring Carmel and is a stones throw from the Spanish Bay Inn where you can see the bagpipes play as the sun goes down. There is a Safeway and Trader Joe’s a few minutes from the house, as well as other shops and restaurants. We will absolutely rent this house again!

Great rental experience, home is exactly as described/pictured (with the exception of a skylight in the primary bedroom, which was lovely but made it so that we had to move our babe to another bedroom for daytime sleep). Clean, well-kept. Not a super walkable location, but a 10-min drive from just about anything between Pt. Lobos and Monterey.

The house is very nice and clean. However, the service could be improved: 1) With $525 cleaning fee charged, I don’t think it’s reasonable to ask guests to take out all trash, load dishwasher and put away dishes, and take out garbage bins that was full of prior guests’ trash. 2)We were informed we would receive a pass to enter 17 miles gate. We never saw the pass, and when we text to ask they were not able to help. 3) With such a high rate, 4pm checkin and 10am check out is not worth it. We asked for late checkout and was told they can do 12pm checkout, but last min we were told we need to check out by 11am and we had to change our schedule last min.

The vacation home was absolutely stunning! The new furnishings, décor, and floorplan were beautiful and well appointed. The landscaping and many trees around the home made for a very quite, peaceful, and relaxing retreat for my guest and myself. The home was spotless and very clean. It is also very conveniently located within the Monterrey peninsula. I highly recommend this home and I will definitely be returning again. I want to also mention that the staff at Sanctuary Vacation Rentals were very welcoming, attentive, and friendly.
