Our two-story, 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is a spacious, 1,980-square-foot property that offers a fun-filled getaway only a few minutes to downtown Denver, one block from Lakewood Park, and less than 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Our stunning vacation rental offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a memorable stay!

As you walk up the front steps, the covered patio will greet you with outdoor seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail as you sit under twinkling string lights, taking in the Colorado scenery. When inside our home, the exposed brick walls, gourmet kitchen, modern decor, and spacious interior will bring you all the comforts you need while away from your own home. Cozy movie nights are easy here since the house has smart TVs, Roku, and a sound system, allowing you to enjoy all your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

Whether you're in town for a family vacation or a business trip, this vacation rental has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Our home is situated in a cozy neighborhood that is within walking distance to frisbee golf, tennis, and more at Lakewood Park. You'll be close to downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and the mountains when you stay with us.

Off-street parking is available for up to six vehicles.

This home is not pet-friendly.

Please note the owners live right behind this home. There is a locked door at the back of the house that is attached to a laundry room that connects to the owner's house.

Guests will have access to the large front porch and front yard. The backyard is not accessible to guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet street, neighborhood setting, close to community parks and 15 minutes to Foothills or Denver center. Has everything you need at home, away. Pots, and coffee stations, new appliances. Excellent beds and mattresses. Thanks to VRC for welcome packets to get the vacation started. Upstairs 2bdrm and bath not recommended for anyone over 6'2" though because of low ceilings.

Property was clean, easy to find, and had amenities needed. Only complaint was difficulties regulating temperature within the home, although we did stay when it was 90-100 degrees each day. Would stay again.

Could have used a larger or more fans upstairs, as when we were here it was very hot. But overall it was a great place to stay.

This is a cozy home with ample room for our group of 6. The location was great with easy access to freeways and activities.The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room. All of the bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Our host was very responsive. The bathrooms were well stocked and the water pressure and temperature was good. Just one comment, the upstairs ceiling is quite low (my 6'2" husband had about 2-3 inches to spare) and the stairs are steep. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

There is a low overhead upstairs which was a challenge for someone 6'4", but he just stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Be aware that the 1st floor bedroom has one doorway without a door, so it is open to another space. Also a fireplace is listed as an amenity, but renters are not allowd to use it.

My adult children and myself were so impressed and happy with the house. It was very comfortable and had a family vibe - toys, childrens' books, family games, etc. Very nice neighborhood. Very accommodating owners. There were three of us, and this house was ideal space wise. I slept in the ground level bedroom and my two kids slept upstairs (I have bad knees and didn't want to walk up the steps). I cook a lot, and everything was there that I needed to make food. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a nice place with all the amenities but turns out it’s some sort of weird duplex connected to the owners dwelling. So doors you can’t get out and windows blocked so only way in and out is front door.l (forbid seemed weird not to have back door to a yard area). Upstairs has weird low ceilings. Had we had all that info we probably would not have chosen this place for us. However Lakewood is a great location, the management is super responsive, it’s cozy and if you don’t mind a duplex scenario it’s great.

Three of us stayed in the property. We found it very comfortable and well-appointed. We shared a few hours each day visiting with each other before doing our visits with family in the Denver area. The location was very accessible to our Aunt and to other amenities in Lakewood. The unusually HOT weather made it difficult to cool the upstairs bedroom, but a fan helped circulate the air. We would rent again should we return in the future.
